Following Rahul, the group reached one of the quieter streets of Míngrizimen with surprising speed, there too in front of a stone house whose wall facing the street was almost entirely made of glass and looking inside they saw a pile of clothes hung on strange racks. However, Rahul didn't stop, he just walked up to the door, knocked and immediately opened it.
"Who the hell dares to stick their face in here in the early afternoon! You all know that I'm up to my neck in work at this time! I swear, if it's not a matter of life and death, I'll really s..." The grumbling female voice immediately fell silent when the lady in her late twenties stepped out among the clothes from a small back room and saw the boy at the head of the group. "Rahul! My muse! How long have I not seen you! What has brought you here?" A kind smile spread across her face and she opened her hands.
"Hello to you too, Marianne." Rahul rolled his eyes with a faint smile.
"Oh, Rahul! I'm so glad you came to visit. I have a new creation that I'd like you to try on." The woman explained and immediately turned to find that particular piece of clothing. "Believe it or not, I'm a little lacking in inspiration." The woman continued. "I haven't had any inspiration for two months. Anyway, you should have seen little Timothy at his wedding, that was the last thing I managed to put together and it was overwhelming." Here the lady steps in front of Rahul with a strange coat in her hand.
"He is the son of the marquis, of course it has to be overwhelming, Marianne." Rahul rolled his eyes.
"Let's just say it's not even close to what I usually do for you, but a tailoress has to do what is required of her." She explained and in the process handed the coat to Rahul, then grimaced. "Here! This is what I was talking about! It's horrible! Take it off!" She immediately reached for the coat, then placed it on a table and folded her hands and sighed. "All right, I've calmed down. So Rahul, how can I help you?"
"I want to go to the city with my friends, but as you can see..." Here Rahul stopped his sentence and just pointed towards the wide-eyed Athamanas standing at the door. The lady tilted her head to the side.
"Easterners?" The female voice whispered as she looked at the group with a serious look.
"Yes, the raiding types. I can't take them into the city like this. You're my only hope." The boy smiled at the lady, whereupon she grinned.
"Young lords, just come in. Let me take a look at you." She gestured to the group, who slowly came in. "I am Marianne, Míngrizimen's tailoress, please entrust yourselves to me." She said with a grin and sparkling eyes that slowly became thoughtful. "Seven sets of clothes, the way I look at them, the colors have an important meaning. Their palette is too monotonous." She shook her head. "Which school do they belong to?" The question came, thanks to which the Athamanas all started blinking.
"I'll explain it! Marianne, take out that sketchbook of yours, we'll be here for a while." Rahul chuckled, whereupon the lady immediately pulled out a large book with several pages, which she placed on the table, pushing the clothing materials aside. "Which one would you like to start with?" Rahul asked, nodding towards his team.
"The one with those dark blue clothes!" The woman replied, pointing straight at Tev.
"You got it Marianne, he's the Crazy Farmer's nephew." As this sentence left the boy's mouth, the woman raised her head in surprise and looked at the aforementioned with wide eyes. "His name is Teveli." Hearing his name, the boy started waving and stepped forward a little shyly.
"Give me a minute!" The woman raised one finger and immediately started drawing. "Got it! It will be perfect. Next!" She grinned.
"Me!" The brown-clad hegin raised his hand.
"Name?" The woman asked with a faint smile.
"Achilleus, my lady!" The Motumisz boy bowed politely.
"Earth affinity." Rahul noted, who sat down on the table in the meantime.
"Green earth or mining earth?" The tailoress blinked at the boy.
"More like the latter." Rahul shrugged, before the woman started scribbling again.
"I'm done. Next!" She announced. "The yellow one, please!"
"I'm Suk, my lady." The boy said half-heartedly.
"Pill." Rahul blurted out, and Marianne grimaced and looked up at the boy with narrowed eyes.
"Did you seriously befriend a pill maker?" She asked.
"Oh, don't underestimate him, their pill makers are much rougher than ours. I think he's the first of the seven of them who would cut your throat in your sleep." At Rahul's words, Suk just shrugged.
"It's your fault if you don't expect it." He said with noble simplicity.
"Zovárd!" The Athamanas and Rahul rolled their eyes at the same time.
"Oh... That's how it is..." The woman tapped the end of her writing pen against her chin, then started drawing with a grin. "The light blue one. I like your earrings by the way." She noted with a smile.
"I'm Benkó, my lady." The boy pulled himself together and took a step forward.
"He has a water affinity, and..." Here Rahul thought a little to himself. "Benkó, can you show her the cold fire?" He asked, to which the boy just grinned.
"You couldn't have asked for anything easier than this." He chuckled, but the blue fire had already appeared above his palm.
"Ohohoh, now it's good, don't move!" The tailoress pointed at Benkó, then quickly started drawing. "It's going to be amazing." Okay, now that's..." Here the lady grimaced and sighed. "I'm sorry, but how can a man dress in clothes of that color from head to toe. It only highlights how pale you are." She looked at Wandi with a grimace on her face.
"It's the custom of my tribe and if I could, I would like a brown mid-thigh coat, with a blue shirt, a thick leather belt and a gold-colored... What's the name of that strange ribbon?" Wandi asked, pointing to the aforementioned piece of clothing.
"A tie." The lady smiled and nodded. "Then we don't need to worry about that. And what's your name, young green gentleman?" Marianne asked, pointing to the aforementioned.
"Citar, my lady!" The boy bowed politely.
"Well, he's like the Northeasterners." Rahul nodded.
-"Ah." The lady nodded. "Don't say more. I know everything." She turned back to her book and started drawing in it.
"Then there's only Razvan left." Rahul said looking at the mentioned.
"I don't need his. I know exactly what I'll dress him in. You have beautiful eyes, young man, and they gave me inspiration." The woman noted.
"Thank you, my lady." Razvan nodded.
"Well, I hope you don't want to go any further until tomorrow. I can't put together this many clothes in two hours." The woman noted, but she already stood up and turned towards the back door.
"I think we can wait another day." Razvan said slowly, when everyone looked at him curiously.
"Great, I'll see you tomorrow morning, gentlemen." Came the lady's happy voice.
"Oh, and Marianne I hope you don't want to make me a new set!" The chüvigh boy put his hands on his hips, and the woman looked back at him and grinned broadly.
"It's too late Rahul, I already have the plan in mind." She chuckled, then gestured towards the door. "Now, scatter, let me work." With that she disappeared through the door, and Rahul shook his head.
"Looks like we're free until tomorrow morning." The boy sighed, then looked at the team and smiled. "Who wants to take a dip in the sea?"
