Bosa Resurrected!

King Kai was surprised by this sudden turn of events. "That's quite the turn around." Silence fell, broken only by him once more. The others here-"

Boss spoke up, excited. His childish side at forefront, taking over again. "They're my grandparents!"

"Hmm, is that so? Very well, I won't cause any conflicts, just continue your training as-" A giant bowl of Ramen was shoved into his hands, and a spoon full of soup in his mouth. "What is this delicious concoction!?"

Gine laughed. "That's Ramen, a recipe from earth. How is it?"

"I'll have to tell the Supreme Kai about this." This really is something amazing. "Supreme Kai, the food here is amazing! You've got to come and give it a try."

"Huh, alright." "Well that thing we were curious about has been answered, Kibito seems to have enjoyed that dish we saw."

"Oh hohoho, absolutely wonderful, let's go there now, if it's good enough I might just hmm… You know you and he share a link, if you give me an order to use my power I'm sure it won't break the rules."

"I understand, Whis. Let's go now,"

"Alright, thanks for the ride."

Suddenly, there were two others that appeared out of nowhere. "Oh wow! Master, two more people showed up, are these the Grand Kai and Supreme Kai?"

King Kai, shocked and sweating. "Bosa, greet them properly!"

"Oh hohoho, it's fine north Kai, He seems to be rather young. A shame he's passed on. Let me see how that happened." He looked into his staff. "Oh my, that's quite the noble act. It's no wonder why you kept your body. You're a good boy, protecting your little sister like that."

Whis gently patted Bosa on the head. Causing him to tear up a little. Every time he heard anything about it, it made him a little homesick.

"HEY! Stop making my grandson cry!"

"Gine, pipe down, this man is Whis, he is the Angel Servant of the God of Destruction, show him some respect!"

"Oh, yeah? Well then he shouldn't be making my grandson cry like that then!"

"Oh, fiery, I like you. Bosa, I apologize for making you cry, I only wanted to notice your actions. Now, I saw something in Kibito Kai's hands over there. And the smell is just divine. I'd very much like to try it."

"Hmph! Don't make Bosa cry again and I'll get you a bowl."

"I'll do my best!"

"North Kai, I must apologize for not having an answer for your question. I had to go and make a request of Whis. He is far more knowledgeable than I am, I'm afraid."

"Oh, no, there's no need for apologies, Sir."

Soon, a bowl of ramen was presented to Whis and Supreme Kai. Of course, Bosa had his own bowl that he scarfed down with gusto. Whis on the other hand, took in the smell with a quiver, and then a bite only to squirm in delight.

"Oh, it's simply divine! This mixture, what do you call it again?"

"It's called ramen." Bosa answered, in between bites. "My papa loves it too. It's so… hmm good! Thanks grandma!"

Whis spent some more time asking all about the interesting culinary arts to learn about. Bosa went back to training. However, he felt invigorated for some reason. So he got his game face on.

"Oh? That's also an interesting power. Shin, what do you think?"

Shin, in a moment of surprise, looked up from his bowl, then slurped up the noodles hanging from his mouth. "Huh? Oh, yeah, this is delicious. You can do that thing."

"Alright, now miss Gine-" He tapped his staff gently, just to get the attention of everyone. "Here is your reward for such a great meal."

Gine's halo vanished right before everyone's eyes. Gine could feel the difference and started crying happy tears, then sad ones. "Thank you, Whis. But, even though I can go see my son again now, what about Bosa?"

Bosa was currently starting with beady eyes. He just saw the same power he had been trying to do on himself. He tilted his head, causing his earrings to jiggle together. He made another attempt to resurrect himself, but all managed was to make the halo flash a bit more rapidly. Though he kept it up for a good several minutes, Whis was in shock that someone had thought to even attempt such a thing.

In the end… "Whis? Can you do that same thing on my grandpa too? But this time-" Bosa created a handful of dozens of perfect clones, positioning them at different angles, to include different sizes. "I hit a wall and want to see it again."

"I don't know, Shin, what do you think?"

"If he can learn how to do it, without you. Wouldn't that take some stress off of you? He could potentially be key in our universe's safety. So why not?"

"Alright, if that is what you wish. Are you ready young Bosa, I'd just be tickled if you manage to pick it up."

Bosa nodded, and a sense of him controlling even the faintest of breaths here. It was like nothing could escape his attention. He wasn't playing games with this. After all, if he learned how to do this, he'd finally be able to go home.

Whis tapped his staff, releasing a form of power that Bosa couldn't fathom. But that wasn't important. What was important was how the energy changed things. In other words, the effects. And after Bardock's halo disappeared, Bosa returned to his normal self, and thought about what he just witnessed, playing it back in his mind.

"I… I think I get it. But do I have the power required? OH! I can just supplement it! I'm here in the otherworld right now! Oh boy! Oh boy!"

Bosa began a sort of dance. It was his way of getting into the mood, or natural swing of things. He needed to be of the right mindset to use the power of the otherworld directly. Soon a few golden threads appeared to dance around him, and then he switched gears really fast. Making his halo just go, poof.

"Ahaha! I did it! I did it! I did it! Woo hoo! Yay! Yay!"

"He actually did it… Shin, could I trouble you to make a trip to that place. People who can perform that ability have to visit with my father."

"What? Oh, uh, yes… Bosa, come here."
