"I'll get the coins in a minute." Liana went into the house to look for the silver coins left in her purse.
But there were none, only 100 bronze coins.
Surely these were the coins left in her purse, if she gave them all away then she had no more treasures.
"Gosh, it turns out this body isn't rich." Liana muttered a little annoyed, why did she have to be in the body of a person who lacked?
Even though she wanted to support the three children well, if there were no treasures like this how would it be?
Liana only took 50 bronze coins, according to her this was enough to silence the mouths of the people outside her house.
"Here, this is all I have. Is it enough?"
Without waiting long, several fishermen immediately took the coins, these were also valuable and had value.
"That's enough, next time take care of your children properly!"
After that, they left Liana's humble home.
Liana then turned around and she faced Deon who was bowing his head.
Deon felt guilty, he was the one who took the fish because there was no more food at home, so he had to.
His mother didn't care either, so that he and his younger siblings wouldn't die of hunger so he took the fish which he thought were not well cared for by the fishermen.
It turned out that he was still in the demo too.
Suddenly someone touched his hair lightly.
Deon immediately looked up, it was Liana who rubbed his head lightly.
"Don't feel guilty, it's not your fault or Daniel and Derel's mistake." She replied softly.
"Let's go inside, your younger siblings were very scared."
Deon came to his senses and he immediately nodded "Yes Mama." He said softly.
After that they both went back inside the house, approaching Daniel and Derel with their tense faces.
"Sit down, all three of you." Liana commanded her children.
The three of them immediately complied and sat on the simple wooden chairs.
"Since when did you take the fish, was it freshly cooked?"
They nodded simultaneously "Right, Mama." They replied while looking down and not daring to look Liana in the eye.
They were afraid of being beaten and sentenced to sleep outside, so they could only look down.
Liana sighed softly "I'm sorry."
They heard that immediately looked up, didn't they hear wrong? Their mother was apologizing? This was incredibly strange.
"I didn't take good care of you and look after you, now I will promise to keep looking after you and never let you go hungry."
Liana's long words touched all three children deeply now.
Their hearts ached, not because they were hurt, but because it was the first time they had heard the voice of a mother's love for her own child.
It was like a dream they were having.
"Are you three listening to Mama?" Liana asked, looking at the three of them curiously.
Perhaps her long-winded speech had not been heard by them? That could be bad.
But they immediately nodded obediently.
"Mama doesn't need to apologize." Deon said in his voice.
Liana shook her head "No, I'm guilty, I just realized since I woke up this morning."
Liana felt no need to be honest with these three children that her soul was not the original soul of this body, but another soul from the modern world.
It would be harder for her to get closer to Deon, Daniel and Derel.
Let it be like this, then the children will think that their Mama is good and they can get complete love.
"Don't you want to hug mom?" Liana teased, fortunately she was a woman who was not introverted and could get close to others.
The three of them looked at Liana shyly.
Deon, Daniel and Derel certainly wanted to hug their mom, but their shyness was greater.
Liana laughed softly at their flushed faces and didn't move at all.
She stood up from her seat "Alright, Mama will hug you guys."
Liana took the initiative to hug all three of them.
GREP!
When Liana hugged them, both Deon, Daniel and Derel immediately rushed to hug Liana tightly with their small hands.
"Hikss.. hikss... mama..."
The three of them cried together.
Liana felt like laughing as she listened to the three children's thunderous cries.
Even though their faces were flat as a wall, Liana thought the three of them wouldn't be able to cry and wouldn't be whiny.
But she was wrong.
Liana soothed the three children by gently rubbing their backs.
"Calm down, mama will always take care of you. Don't cry anymore, later if someone passes by you'll be embarrassed, you're already big."
Suddenly they immediately slowed down their crying.
"Mama, promise me that you won't ignore us anymore."
In a condition where Deon's face was puffy, but his brain was still running, he wanted his Mama to make a promise not to dump them again.
Liana smiled softly and nodded "in front of you I promise that I will never neglect you again and in the rest of my life I will only love you."
After the warm hug, they looked back at each other, "I forgot a bit about what we have around this house, is there a garden?"
Deon nodded "yes Ma, there is a wild garden behind the house."
Liana nodded in understanding "okay, let's go there to harvest, who wants to come?"
"I will!" the three of them replied excitedly.
Liana smiled and nodded "hurry to the backyard."
----
"Have you found the person?"
The two knights who were facing the stern-faced Second Prince just looked down.
"Not yet Prince, the culprit who caused you to lose control six years ago has yet to be found."
BRAK!
Dominic pushed aside the vase on his desk with a loud bang.
CRACK!
Thus causing a rather loud sound.
"Damn it, six years have passed and you can't figure it out! Should I downgrade you to common soldiers?!"
The two knights could only look down and they must have regretted their persistence, why didn't it pay off? If they were on the battlefield, they could easily handle the enemy.
But capturing just one person they could not.
"Hurry up and look for more, I don't want any of my descendants roaming free out there."
"Yes, Prince." They both bowed respectfully and immediately left Dominic's presence.
