Chapter 4

Unexpectedly, someone as busy as Li Jiuzhou still has time to hang out at bars.

According to the location sent by my best friend, I found him in a private room with his shirt half undone.

When I arrived, the others looked a bit dazed, thinking they might have entered the wrong room.

The cigar smoke swirled around Li Jiuzhou's fingers, his tie loosely tied, and he looked at me with a smirk, exuding an invisible pressure.

"Qianqian, come here."

Obviously, he had already investigated me through my dad.

Under the surprised gazes of those around, I sat next to him, maintaining a safe distance.

The enticing cologne mixed with cigar scent filled my nostrils, aggressive just like him.

I gripped my bag tightly, steeling myself as I picked up the champagne in front of me and drank it down.

The spicy taste shot up my nose, instantly bringing tears to my eyes.

Pretending to be open, I curled my lips at him, "Mr. Li's drink is nice."
