Staff or Personnel

Staff at the Anomaly Foundation are divided into several groups, organized into different sections with their respective roles and responsibilities.

Real World Personnel: These staff members consist of several units, including military, operators, and doctors, each with their own specific duties.

Military: Divided into three groups—soldiers, commanders, and generals. Soldiers must obey every order from commanders and generals, commanders must follow orders from generals, and generals must adhere to the directives of the Anomaly Foundation's council.

The military's primary task is to protect and safeguard the operators and doctors, even if their own lives are at risk. They are obligated to ensure the safety of these personnel at all costs.

Operators: They do not have hierarchical ranks. Their role is to relay information between the Anomaly World and the Real World. This includes reporting when someone experiences a glitch or transmitting information to the central Anomaly Foundation.

Doctors: Divided into two categories, as is common—nurses or assistants, and doctors themselves. Nurses typically provide minor treatments for injuries and care for patients, such as agents or survivors. Doctors, on the other hand, handle serious cases, such as severe injuries or infections caused by viruses or bacteria from the Anomaly World.

Anomaly World Personnel: These staff members are divided into three groups: agents, scientists, narrators, and informants.

Agents: They have several ranks, ranging from Rank 1 to Rank 7.

Agents of Rank 1 to 3 are usually positioned as rear guards but are occasionally assigned as observers or rescue teams for trapped survivors. They typically handle anomalies of Easy to Normal Class and are stationed in Peaceful Zones alongside scientists or researchers.

Agents of Rank 4 to 6 are more frequently deployed to Survival Zones and, if necessary, Death Zones. They are also responsible for installing transparent cameras and networks that connect to all explored Level Spaces. These agents often eliminate anomalies of Normal to Hard Class and must be prepared to face death at any moment. They also set up loudspeakers to communicate with narrators, enabling them to guide survivors and relay their locations to agents for swift rescue.

Agents of Rank 7 are tasked with entering Death Zones to rescue survivors trapped there. They are also responsible for patrolling, eliminating, and capturing anomalies of all classes. As the front-line force, they must remain fearless in the face of any threat or danger.

Scientists: They research and study every captured anomaly, conducting experiments that sometimes force anomalies or entities to fight each other. Scientists are the most valuable assets among the Anomaly Foundation's staff, as they can describe and understand every anomaly captured by the agents.

Narrators: Their role is to monitor agents and scientists from a distance. They are often the first to detect incoming dangers and are responsible for calming panicked survivors. They guide survivors to meet with assigned agents at designated locations and receive information from operators in the Real World.

Informants: They are responsible for recording, documenting, and cataloging every anomaly, event, survivor data, and research findings from scientists, such as names, code names, and other details. Informants rarely take the spotlight as they work behind the scenes, handling paperwork or computers. They usually appear to collect data from narrators, scientists, agents, and even doctors.
