I was the strongest player in the world—until they betrayed me.
When I woke up, I wasn’t a player anymore. I was just an NPC. A nameless mob, doomed to be farmed for EXP and discarded like trash.
But then, I heard it:
(You have been killed.)
(Unique Skill Activated: Infinite Resurrection.)
(Each death makes you stronger.)
Every time a player slaughters me, I steal their stats, their skills, and their power. I evolve beyond the system’s control, beyond the limits of this world.
They thought I was nothing.
They thought they could use me, farm me, erase me.
Now, I am the final boss—and I will make them suffer.
On the battlefield, and in my bed.
They will submit. One way or another.
Updated Review: Okay. I take back my casual “NPC with a twist” comment from before. This man is not just breaking the system—he’s bulldozing it with a flaming skull throne and a monologue that made me pause the app and whisper, “Sir???” Aiden went full villain arc. Not misunderstood. Not morally gray. STRAIGHT-UP WORLD DOMINATION. And I’m eating it up like it’s a cursed feast of vengeance and betrayal. He’s clever, ruthless, and absolutely terrifying in the best way. This isn’t just some game-lit story anymore. It’s a hostile takeover. If you like watching the world burn and cheering for the one holding the torch—this book’s for you!

Early Impressions Review: I just started listening to this book and I’m already intrigued by the concept. The main character, Aiden, is reborn as an NPC in a game world, but with an overpowered twist. I love that he’s not a player, which flips the usual game-lit or isekai trope on its head. The idea of an NPC gaining awareness and power in a world designed to ignore him is a fresh angle, and I’m curious to see how it unfolds. So far, so good, can’t wait to see where Aiden’s story goes from here.
I am fascinated by your writing style, dear author. Despite the simple style, I was able to maintain the edge of suspense despite the fast but balanced and light narration style. I hope you will publish and update more chapters in the future.
I feel you need to change the type of writing point of view because you keep switching from third omniscient view to first person point of view. I couldn't make it past the first chapter because of that. Hopefully you'll take this correction and fix it because there are readers who don't like it. Thank you.
what a beautiful story, you have wonderful writing quality, keep up the good work ✅👍
it's a good book to spent our time on. check it out.
So interesting,I love betrayal and comeback revenge 😍
really interesting concept! Just needs some work. the pacing is really fast in the beginning, plot happens in a small amount of time. kinda hard to let things settle. the beginning could use a little more exposition on the game and his situation. is he stuck? can he log out? why is his characters death permanent and why wouldn't he just respawn? Tighten these and definitely an amazing read! Good job author!
The writing is very A.I from what I can figure out, the inconsistency of the story line is the result of a promt that was not edited or edited but not noticed. This is from what i have gathered from the start to chapter 25.

It was a good listen. iIreally like books like these and so when I read the first part, i knew id like this story. thouguhid notice some repetition of ideas written in different ways but still it wasn't that bad that it affected my enjoyment for the story. i coule see this as a manhwa which i also like.
Good writing, highly recommended. The first few chapters are well done.
It's great hope you swap me original system
