Uncanny Encounter (2)
Young is the night that embrace the region, the street slowing brimming with life as young men and women in pair walked together entering pub entertaining themselves with drinks
Hunters returning from life threatening circumstances some went home other went to the pub to celebrate their survival and mostly boast of things they didn't do
Music erupted men and women singing, eating, dancing, drinking and other acts induced by the spell of the dark hour

"Are you sure he is here?" a low-pitched voice reverberated in the room as a deep stormy hue radiated at the far end of room the pressure heavier that a mountain placed on the back
"Yes sir, saw him earlier today at the gate and with a large sack" a petrified tone responded as silence encased the entire room and subtle movement all around
"The outcast didn't see it fit to visit the only person that had his back" a scornful laughter was heard "very good he seems to be growing up nicely, but it seems he would need some paralyzing again"
The gaze radiating from the darkness landed on the man in front of him "take some men and bring here and if he doesn't come bring him by force and if he tries to resist break some limbs" he snapped his finger the moment he finished speaking and from the darkness four men with hooded black long coat with blades strapped to their waist
"I Alex shall fulfil the will of the next in line" the sound of shoe stomping echoed and a hidden grin grew on the figure hidden in the darkness

Asher moved around the city exploring the home he once knew but had to cut ties with, sometimes he would spend it at Oscar's stall learning more about creatures from different region or the market system from Naomi
Other moment he would go to check on the progress on the things he had ordered and that was his pattern for the past two days
The sun rose and was at its peak and this was this time decided to go to the atelier first and as if fate was setting everything in motion it was the same man who attended two days prior
"Good day sir" his voice small yet drained also impatient and the man notice him and smile "Mr. Le Mont, you are punctual" he chuckled as he snapped and one of the blacksmith in overall tan gloved covered in sooth and ash handed him a glove and the gaze shift to Asher "you better take care her, she is one of my best work" his voice was stern like a father giving his child away on marriage and his glare had serious killing intent like ones gotten from beast when they say a blacksmith's work are children they weren't joking around
The blacksmith left Asher with the attendant "you are a lucky fellow" those words sent confusion into Asher's mentality "what do you mean lucky, my life was hanging by a thread minutes ago" his shock could be heard through voice also with a hint of fear
"That is true, lately most people don't make dagger so he barely gets any work but the moment your request came in he was the most excited because this was his area of expertise plus the absurd design you brought ignited a waning flame in his soul
Asher was intrigued by the information laying in front of him "what is his name" normally Asher isn't one to care about people but they are very few people he consider in his life that may lead to good or bad event
"His name is robin" he responded with a hint of sympathy in his tone Asher repeated the name etching it into his mind and lowered his gaze and looked at the box "I will like to examine his work" his tone sounded like someone who was entrusted with mission of performing a last rite or something
The attendant accepted his requested walked over to a desk click the lock and lifting the lid revealing two sharp short bladed
The design of the blade was ba5sed on a sashimi knife have the length of 36omm and weight of 260 grams, the blade length is 240mm and the width of the blade 25mm, the length of the handle is 120mm but unlike the regular design for a handle this one had places for finger just like a knuckle duster allowing the user to have a good grip on the handle can throw a punch and cause some damage but the drawback is that it couldn't be maneuvered through the hands like normal dagger
"you weren't lying when you said this was his area of expertise" his tone satisfied as he place one if it on his hand swinging it from high stance to low stance back to mid stance and continue altering the movement pattern
He practice stabbing motion when the blade is facing downwards and what it is facing up concluding that the position is when the blade faces downwards
"Surprisingly there was an order this was on house" he snapped his fingers as one of the assistance brought in a buckle sheath having a place for one dagger each
Asher couldn't utter a word, the material used for the sheath had an intricate design which triggered something at the back of his mind but he couldn't put his hand on it
Nevertheless he appreciated it and so his order was packaged and given to him with a wide grin on his face he collected the package, Asher and the attendant exchange few words before as they arrived at the door
Asher extended a hand and the attendant received, the moment they shook Asher pulled the attendant closer and whispered something to him which cause his entire outlook change and the pressure intensified
"Are you sure" his voice echoing with rage Asher nodded confirming what he told him "thank you, have a wonderful day sir" he smile as he opened the door for Asher, that smile had so much killing intent comparable to a rare magical beast
The doors were closed behind Asher and a dreading sensation slowly gripped him from behind paralyzing his thought process and motion but the thing is Asher has experienced something like this so the effect weren't that strong slowly his body started responding his will until he was able to get his body to move and clear the atelier vicinity.
