Chapter 19: Date Part 2

It had been a month since Seungmin and Jihoon had shared their first official date—a month filled with small moments of closeness, laughter, and those tentative steps forward in the new territory they were navigating together. Now, here they were again, in the midst of another date, but something felt different this time. The uncertainty that had marked their first outing had faded, replaced with something more comfortable, more assured.

The night air was crisp, the streets bustling with life, as Seungmin waited outside the small café where they'd agreed to meet. He glanced at his phone, noting the time. Jihoon was running a bit late, but Seungmin didn't mind. He liked the anticipation, the excitement of knowing Jihoon was on his way.

When Jihoon finally appeared, stepping out of the shadows with his familiar, easy smile, Seungmin's heart skipped a beat. He had missed this—the simple joy of seeing Jihoon, of knowing they were here, together.

"Sorry I'm late," Jihoon said as he approached, hands in his pockets, looking effortlessly cool as always. "Got caught up in traffic."

"No worries," Seungmin replied, returning the smile. "I've been people-watching, so it's been fun."

Jihoon raised an eyebrow. "People-watching, huh? What have you learned?"

Seungmin grinned. "Well, I learned that apparently, the best way to get someone's attention is to carry a giant balloon. I've seen at least five people walk by with those big, colourful balloons."

"Should've gotten one," Jihoon teased, nudging Seungmin playfully. "Could've matched your energy."

Seungmin rolled his eyes, but his smile never faltered. "Maybe next time."

They made their way into the café, the familiar warmth of the space enveloping them as the door swung shut behind them. It was a cosy little spot, quiet enough to have a conversation without the noise of the world intruding. The same place they had visited on their first date, though it felt different now. Everything did.

They were no longer two people just figuring each other out. They had layers now, little moments of connection that made the silence between them more comfortable. The air was filled with the soft hum of other patrons chatting, the clink of cups, and the low buzz of background music.

Jihoon pulled out Seungmin's chair for him, an unexpected but endearing gesture, before sitting down across from him. Their waiter, a young woman with a kind smile, came over to take their order.

"What's good here?" Jihoon asked, glancing at the menu.

"The cinnamon rolls are killer," Seungmin said with a grin. "But if you want something a little less sweet, the avocado toast is great too."

Jihoon raised an eyebrow. "Avocado toast? I think I'm more in the mood for something sweet tonight."

The waiter smiled, taking note. "Two cinnamon rolls, then?"

"Perfect," Seungmin replied, his eyes glinting with amusement.

As the waiter walked away, Seungmin leaned back in his chair, his gaze never leaving Jihoon. "I've been thinking," he said, his voice more serious now. "About us."

Jihoon's expression softened as he leaned forward. "Yeah? What about us?"

Seungmin hesitated for just a moment, unsure of how to phrase the thought swirling in his mind. It wasn't the easiest thing to talk about, but he felt like it was the right time to voice his feelings to see if they were on the same page.

"I guess... I guess I've been thinking about how different things feel now. A month ago, I was so unsure, and now… I feel like I'm getting used to being with you. And it feels good."

Jihoon's lips curled into a warm smile, and he reached across the table, his hand settling over Seungmin's. "I feel the same way. I think we've both come a long way. I'm glad you're here with me, Seungmin."

The sincerity in Jihoon's voice sent a wave of warmth through Seungmin's chest. It was moments like these that made everything feel real, that made him believe in this, in them.

The waiter returned with their cinnamon rolls, their sweet scent filling the space between them. As she placed the plates in front of them, Jihoon grinned. "Perfect timing," he said, his voice light.

Seungmin chuckled, picking up his fork. "Yeah, I was just thinking we should order dessert."

They dug in, the cinnamon rolls warm and gooey, the sweetness a perfect complement to the easy conversation flowing between them. As they ate, Seungmin felt something shift again, something that felt like the natural progression of their connection.

It wasn't about grand declarations or sweeping gestures. It was the quiet moments, like this one, where everything felt right, where everything felt possible. Where two people were just sharing a meal and a moment, enjoying the simplicity of each other's company.

As they finished their desserts, Jihoon sat back, looking content. "I'm glad we're doing this again," he said, his voice quiet but filled with meaning. "I missed this."

Seungmin met his gaze, his heart swelling a little. "Me too."

Jihoon leaned forward slightly, his eyes glinting with something playful. "So, what's next? Another month of waiting before we have our third date?"

Seungmin laughed, shaking his head. "I don't think we need to wait that long."

Jihoon's eyes softened, and he reached for Seungmin's hand again, giving it a gentle squeeze. "Good. Because I don't plan on letting you go anytime soon."

Seungmin squeezed back, his chest tight with something warm and new. "Neither do I."

And as they left the café, walking side by side into the night, Seungmin couldn't help but feel like this—this moment, this connection—was only just the beginning.

One their way home. Seungmin became horney. He wanted to devourer Jihoon.

Ariving at the door of Seungmin's apartment. Jihoon was pinned against the wall.

"Hyungie, what are you doing? We are outside." asked Jihoon cutely, unaware of Seungmin naughty thoughts.

"I want you, Jihoon," said Seungmin in a deep, seductive voice.

"Let's open the door first," said Jihoon
