Kael's determination to find the Eclipse Core only grew stronger after his conversation with Riven. He spent the next few days pouring over ancient texts and seeking out rumors and clues that might lead him to the artifact.
One night, as he was studying in the tower's library, a soft whisper in his ear caught his attention. "Kael Orion, you are summoned to the Celestial Temple."
Kael's heart raced as he stood up, his eyes scanning the room for the source of the voice. He saw a figure cloaked in shadows standing just beyond the shelves, beckoning him to follow.
Without hesitation, Kael followed the figure out of the library and into the moonlit night. They traversed the winding streets of Zha'thik, eventually arriving at the grand staircase of the Celestial Temple.
The temple's imposing structure seemed to shimmer in the moonlight, its crystal spires reaching towards the heavens like delicate fingers. Kael felt a sense of awe wash over him as he followed the figure up the stairs and into the temple's grand hall.
Inside, the hall was dimly lit, with only a few candles illuminating the ornate frescoes that adorned the walls. At the far end of the hall, Kael saw a figure seated on a throne-like chair, its features obscured by shadows.
"Kael Orion, you have been summoned before the Celestial Council," the figure on the throne declared, its voice like thunder in the stillness of the hall.
Kael's heart pounded in his chest as he approached the throne, his eyes fixed on the figure before him. What did the Celestial Council want with him? And what did they know about the Eclipse Core?
