Reunion

Lieutenant Ding scoffed as he saw Ye Nuan's disappearing back. Alright, he also can't dawdle around here, so Ding An also started jogging towards the hospital.

"Ruan Ji, I know you are awake. Stop pretending to sleep." Xuanyuan Ye adjusted the military cap on his head as he said, while observing the trembling eyelashes of the girl pretending to be asleep. 

Right after he said, a pair of arms circled around his waist along with a quirky laughter. 

"Ehehe, Captain Ye, you really came to see me?" Ruan Ji asked as she hugged the guy who froze on spot with this sudden intimacy. 

'Would he shove me off? I…'

Forgotten memories resurfaced, causing Ruan Ji to feel remorse and guilt for the things she did to this person in her previous life, just to stay with Huang Zhe, that bastard.

Even the plans she made to take revenge on that bastard also involves him, but after their conversation today, she will decide whether to exclude him from this plan or not.

And in the future, I'll definitely take revenge on him for creating a fake accident and trying to kill me, making me crippled afterwards."
