Adrian
"He really underestimated me." Nikolai smacks his lips, shaking his head meaningfully. "I like you, Adrian." He says again and I find myself glaring at him. "That's why I'm going to offer you a deal," He continues and I just stare at him.
What deal?
"You have two options. It's either you get killed or you kill."
"What do you want Nikolai?" I grunt, feeling pain course through my body. "If you want to kill me, just do it already!!" I yell, struggling with the chair and it makes annoying sounds that causes my to ears itch.
"Why kill such a pretty boy like you, when I can make good use of you?" He asks no one in particular, then he smiles and continues.
"The deal is simple, work for me. Not only will it earn you your freedom, you'll get paid more than what that fucker pays you."
"And why should I work for you?"
"I've run my check on you, you have potential and I like that. So what do you say? Huh?" He stares directly into my eyes and I look away. Not that I find him intimidating but I felt uncomfortable.
"The clock is ticking, I'll give you till evening to make a decision. While you think, I'll let my men have fun, and don't worry it won't hurt," He smiles at me and I begin to struggle with the restraints. I know he's up to no good.
"Much." He abruptly adds, turning to leave as two men walk in.
"Niko-" I do not get to call his name when a punch lands on my jaw.
Everything hurts like hell. Fuck! That bastard asked his men to beat me up. And I got the worst beating of my life. They never went easy on me while they kept pummeling punches on my perfect face.
I try to shift in my chair as my stomach growls and twists in pain. I'm sure my stomach is on the course of digesting itself with how empty it is.
I don't know what the time is and I have not eaten or drank anything since the bastard captured me.
I hear something move and I follow the direction, my eyes having adjusted to the darkness. There's nothing there. It must be some of the rats that have kept me company over the course of my stay.
I close my eyes and let my head lean back on the chair. I don't know how it's possible, but somehow I fall into sleep, though restless.
But i sleep all the same. I don't know how much time passes but the harsh bang of the door jolts me out of whatever comfort I had found.
I peer into the darkness and see the familiar shape of the man who I so wanted to shove a bullet in.
A nice bullet wedged in his skull would do just fine. I eye his figure and nearly go blind when the lights come on without warning. I hiss in pain, and through my one good eye, I see him smile widely.
"Sorry, I forgot I had turned you into a bat." He says with a slight grin.
"You must be used to the darkness now I suppose." He adds after a thoughtful expression flashes across his features. His eyes travel down the length of me and I notice his smile grow as he looks at each tortured inch of me.
"Feeling good?" Nikolai asks me and if anyone were to see him now, they would think he was asking if I had recovered from a stomach ache or something minor like that.
"I feel great," I reply, my voice dripping with sarcasm and he laughs.
"I'll enjoy having you around." He says, nodding his head meaningfully.
"Have you made your decision yet, Pretty Boy?" He asks and I can't stop myself from glaring at him. I hate when he calls me that. With passion.
I purse my lips, only to be welcomed by a sharp pain.
It's either I kill or get killed. And there's no way in hell I'm ready to die. Working for him is also a very good opportunity to kill him someday than for me to die. Nikolai can't be the one to kill me.
Fuck no! I would rather work for Nikolai. How hard can it be? I also need money and he's richer than Igor. I know men like Nikolai keep to their words just to uphold their pride, so I have nothing to worry about.
"You have one minute to decide so choose wisely." He says again and I look away from him.
I think hard. There is no way I was going to die now, I have so much to live for. And someone to live for. The picture of my mother being killed, crosses my mind and I close my eyes in pain.
Ever since I got in here, I didn't allow the thought of her to cloud my mind because I just couldn't bring myself to.
I would lose my mind if I did. I think of her brown eyes that lit up whenever she smiled, but that smile was taken away. Then and there, I know what I'm going to choose.
"I'll work for you," I tell him and his smile grows larger than life.
"Good choice, pretty boy." I bite my lip hard. That name irks me. I feel the need to punch him.
"I must say, you're very lucky. I already have a job lined up for you."
"Who?"
He smiles and then steps closer. He leans down and traces a finger down my jaw. He brings his mouth close to my ear and says,
"The one who sent you here in the first place Adrian." It's the first time he has called me by my name.
"Igor?" My brows furrow and he leans backward while nodding his yes.
"Yes," He replies.
"Where's the fun in not returning his energy?" He shrugs and I find myself just staring at him. Damn! Nikolai Rostov is an unhinged Bastard. My new Boss.
*****
"Get the job done real quick. We'll be leaving in one hour." Niko-fucking-lia voice rings in my ear as I drive my bike to Igor's place. Am I going to kill him? Yes. It's either I die or Igor dies. I can't give up my life for him.
I grunt angrily, maneuvering my bike to his place.
I can't even think of running away after killing him. Fucking Nikolai placed a tracker on me. I don't know where. He made me unconscious, opened a part of my body, and planted a tracker there. I've tried looking for the spot, but I can't find it. I don't feel any pain either. Things will get complicated in the near future.
Another grunt escapes my lips as I swerve my bike to a dark alley. I would make it quick and pay a quick visit to Larisa, my girlfriend. I know she'll be so worried about me. I can't even find my phone.
I pull up my bike in front of Igor's house and step down. I catch sight of the guard. Annoying bastard.
"Where's Igor?" I ask, standing in front of him. I look unharmed, but I have a gun hidden. A silent pistol. I know Igor is alone in there, I'll kill him first before killing the fucker standing in front of me.
"Where have you been?" He asks instead, with a gruff look on his face. I hate him so much, I don't even know what his name is.
"Igor has been trying to call you. We went to your place and you were nowhere to be found." He says with distaste in his eyes, he doesn't like me, I hate him too.
My jaw clenches at the thought of Igor coming to my place, Larisa lives there and it only means one thing, he must have met her.
"Is he in?" That's the question I asked for fuck sake.
"Yes. You have a lot of explaining to do." He scoffs. I ignore him and walk into the house. Igor is in.
"Oh yes, Daddy!! Fuck..I'm coming!! Fuck me harder Daddy!!" I cringe on hearing the loud moan of a woman Igor is fucking. The sound of flesh pounding makes me want to throw up.
I can't wait for them to finish. I'll kill her as well. Too bad, she has to die riding an old man's dick.
I grunt, before kicking the door open.
"What the– Adrian?" Igor calls in surprise, he's sitting on a chair with the woman on top of him. I freeze upon seeing the blonde woman bouncing on and off his cock. In fact, everyone freezes.
"Fuck," I curse running my hands through my hair. My girlfriend, my fucking girlfriend was fucking Igor, moaning like a slut, with drool flowing from the side of her lips. She was fucking naked in front of him.
"Adrian," she calls in surprise, jumping off him the next minute as she runs to go get her sweater which she quickly wears.
"It's not what you think." She stammers, her mascara and lipstick smeared on her face, making her look so disgusting.
"Larisa?" I scoff in disbelief. I was just away for how long? and she's already riding another man's dick. Larisa knows I work for Igor. She knows everything about me and how I work.
"I can explain-" she tries to take a step closer, but I move backward.
I came here for a mission, and I'm going to accomplish just that.
"It's exactly what you think." Igor rises to his feet, tucking his disgusting manhood away.
"It's best you know. I've been fucking her for over six months now." I stiffen.
"Adr-" Larisa begins but one look from me is enough to shut her up
What the hell? Six months? She has been cheating on me for six months.
"Your girlfriend is a good fuck, but that's not the reason we're here, right boy?" The corner of his lips lift in a cocky smile and I feel my blood boil.
I had been cheated on for six good months. My girlfriend has been fucking my boss behind my back and to think we have sex too.
"Where have you been? Nikolai is not dead." He gives me a hard look afterward and I roll my eyes before reaching for the back of my trousers to pull out my gun.
"You're the one that's ending up dead instead." I hiss under my breath as I clock my gun, before pointing it out at him, I pause and aim the gun at Larisa first.
"Traitors have to die first," I say with no hint of emotion in my voice as they both look at me in surprise. Larisa begins to say something but I don't give her the chance to finish and pull the trigger. My bullet ends on her forehead, and her body falls on the ground, blood spilling all over. She was going to die anyway.
"Adrian, don't do this. I'm your boss. I own you!! " Igor roars. A wicked smirk appears on my lips as I say.
"No, you don't." I pull the trigger, but I shoot at his crotch first. I need to blow off his cock.
His eyes opens in horror as he grabbed his bleeding dick. He's about to cry out for help when I shoot him in his head. I forget three of my bullets there. I would have buried all of my bullets in his brain but I have to reserve some for the fucker outside.
I walk out of the room, no emotion crossing my face, all my emotions died with that cheat. I was never born to harbor emotions in the first place. My father trained me to be a monster and the monster he created, killed him.
"Are you–" I don't even give the fucker a chance to finish and I forget the rest of my bullets in his brain before walking to my bike. Nikolai will take care of the bodies, my job is done.
