Entering a section of the laboratory, he activated a capsule filled with a greenish liquid. Without hesitation, he undressed and submerged himself inside. Instantly, the capsule sealed shut behind him with a soft hiss.
On the monitor screen, the progress of the evolutionary process he was about to undergo began to display.
"Phase 1: Activation of the false death rune."
A rune engraved on Noah's forehead lit up, and within seconds, his soul fell into a deep coma. This would prevent him from feeling the cellular reorganization process he was about to endure.
"Phase 2: Draining chakra sources and sealing the magical core."
Chakra began to flow out of his body, escaping through every pore, merging with the surrounding liquid. Then, dark chains emerged and started wrapping around his mana core, completely sealing it and halting its energy flow.
"Phase 3: Injection of cellular reorganization serum K3-X4892."
A needle emerged and pierced his chest, injecting a thick, black substance into his heart. The dark liquid mixed with his blood, devouring it voraciously as it spread through his bloodstream.
"Progress: 10%."
When the substance reached the brain, it encountered a magical barrier that stopped its advance. The progress briefly halted, but then resumed, consuming the other organs without resistance.
"Progress: 50%."
Heart, lungs, liver, and other organs were devoured. Then the substance attacked the bones and flesh, until only a hollow skin floated in the capsule.
"Progress: 90%."
The skin dissolved, revealing a semi-liquid black mass surrounding a brain. Floating beneath it, a metallic sphere formed of chains—the sealed mana core—remained intact.
"Progress: 100%. Initiating physical body reconstruction."
The black liquid began to stir, taking on a human shape. As the green liquid was consumed rapidly, tubes continuously replenished it. Inside, a spinal column began forming from the brain, followed by a complete skeleton in fetal position.
The metallic sphere was wrapped in tissue that formed a new heart, followed by the rest of the organs. Then came the nervous system, chakra network, and bloodstream. Finally, muscles and skin enveloped the structure.
"Reconstruction complete. Entering stasis mode. Estimated time for cellular stabilization: 45 days."
Silence filled the laboratory for the next month and a half until Nexus's voice spoke again.
"Analyzing... Cellular stabilization complete. Initiating genetic assimilation."
Two needles pierced Noah's skin and injected different genetic serums.
In addition to studying bloodlines, Noah focused on optimizing some of the Kekkei Genkai he had obtained during his journey through different timelines.
The Kekkei Genkai of Sakon and Ukon particularly interested him due to their molecular manipulation ability, allowing them to share bodies, enter others, and destroy them from within.
Combined with Shikotsumyaku, which grants complete control over bone cells, Noah theorized he could control every cell in his body like parts of a mechanical system.
The new cells reacted like a starving beast, devouring the serums greedily and fusing them with his own DNA.
Noah's body contracted and expanded as all his cells mutated, adding two new genetic sequences to his DNA.
"First assimilation complete. Entering standby mode until the host's body adapts to the changes. Estimated time: 15 days."
Although he had essentially become a subspecies of The Thing and could devour genetic fragments to grow stronger, Noah was aware of the drawbacks of this method—particularly cellular instability.
The body needs an adaptation period to avoid collapsing from sudden DNA changes.
"Initiating second assimilation."
Two more needles descended and pierced his body, injecting a new pair of serums. This time, they contained genetic material extracted from Obito Uchiha and Hanabi Hyuga.
Noah had selected Obito's DNA with a specific purpose. Though he hadn't awakened his own Mangekyō Sharingan yet, he planned to in the future. Including Obito's genes meant he could later merge their compatible lineages and achieve the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, eliminating the risk of blindness and ensuring stable evolution of the dōjutsu.
As for Hanabi, her lineage was one of the purest in the Hyuga clan. Noah needed a solid genetic base for future plans. His goal was to later combine these genes with the genetic material he had collected from Toneri Ōtsutsuki, a direct descendant of Hamura. This fusion, theoretically, would allow him to access the Tenseigan, a dōjutsu only possible by merging Ōtsutsuki chakra with pure Byakugan genes.
Noah's body reacted instantly. The active cells began analyzing and absorbing the new material, integrating it slowly into his base code. His eyes melted into black sludge before reforming rapidly.
"Second assimilation completed."
Fifteen days later, a beep echoed again.
"Preparing final phase."
Finally, the last two serums were injected: the Kekkei Genkai of the Jugo clan and Dark Release.
Jugo's Kekkei Genkai allowed him to passively absorb natural energy from the world through special fluids secreted from his pores. Noah modified it so the pores themselves directly absorbed energy without secreting any fluid.
Although Noah had already mastered Sage Mode, he knew that to absorb natural energy, one needed to be completely still and at peace; any movement disrupted the process. Jugo's passive absorption was a perfect solution—he could now constantly gather energy without meditation.
As for Dark Release, despite its name, it wasn't a typical elemental Kekkei Genkai like Wood Release. This ability allowed its user to absorb, manipulate, and release chakra by stealing it from an opponent.
This would grant Noah the ability to absorb enemy attacks and drain chakra from fallen foes to increase his own reserves.
Momoshiki had a similar power through the two Rinnegan embedded in his palms.
"Genetic evolution completed at 100%. Beginning data collection until host awakening."
Days later, the capsule emitted a soft beep, and the liquid inside began to drain. Once the level dropped enough, the front hatch opened with a hydraulic hiss. Noah stepped forward, exiting the capsule as steam swirled around him.
He slowly opened his eyes. They were no longer the same. His right eye, once emerald green, now had a pure white iris with no visible pupil, fully opaque. His left eye had a black iris, uniform and devoid of its original color.
With a thought, he activated his eyes. The right immediately transformed into a Byakugan, bulging veins appearing around the socket. The left turned into a two-tomoe Sharingan, spinning slowly within the iris.
Noah raised his hands and examined them carefully. In the center of each palm was a tattooed symbol: small dark diamonds. He felt chakra flow as he focused on them.
He tested the right hand first. He released a water ball made of chakra from his mouth, then absorbed it with his right palm.
Focusing his chakra, he felt a surge of energy flow inward—the symbol absorbed chakra directly. Then he activated the left, releasing the absorbed chakra. Complementary functions: absorption and release, designed for a continuous energy cycle.
Next, he focused on his entire body. Activating a newly integrated ability, his physical form began to fragment. His body disintegrated into microscopic dust, invisible to the naked eye, dispersing throughout the lab. Seconds later, the same dust gathered in another section of the room, and his body reconstructed precisely, without error.
Finally, he reached behind his back and leaned forward slightly. He felt part of his spine reconfigure. From his back emerged a white, solid bone sword, which he drew fluidly. He held it for a few seconds, inspecting its density and weight. Light, yet resilient.
He reabsorbed the sword into his body and exhaled slowly.
Satisfied with the results, Noah left the laboratory, stored the capsule in his 4D pocket, and opened a portal to the Shinobi world.

An: At this point, I've already written about 20 chapters in advance, of which the first 10 will focus on a very brief return of Noah to the Shinobi world. After that, he will travel to a world within the Narutoverse. I'm currently working on the next world: the world of One Piece. I plan for Noah to form a pirate crew in this world, which he will turn into his companions for traveling to other worlds. (Note: I don't plan to make him a king or emperor of any world — that's been done too many times already.)
For now, I've already chosen some of his crewmates: Zoro and Robin (whom I'll make a couple), Franky, and Brook. I'm debating whether to add Vegapunk and Orochimaru into the mix, since they could help Noah with his research, but I haven't decided yet.
To clarify, the force Noah is forming will consist only of elites and highly talented individuals from their respective worlds. If you have any character in mind that you think could join Noah's group, feel free to leave it in the comments.
