Lexi led them to the underground garage—a massive, high-security chamber.
Rows of hover-bikes and armored vehicles lined the space. Sleek, powerful, and built for combat.
"Each vehicle is assigned based on combat style," Lexi continued. "You may customize them later."
At the far end of the garage, their suits were displayed in individual glass containment units.
Jade raised a brow. "We're just supposed to stare at them?"
Lexi's eyes flickered. "Step inside."
Jade approached her containment unit. The moment she stepped in, the system activated—scanning, locking in, and within seconds, her suit materialized onto her body.
Quick. Efficient. Tactical.
The others followed. Rico smirked as he examined himself in the reflection of the glass. "Now this? This is sick."
Gage simply cracked his knuckles.
Ari adjusted the cuffs of her sniper suit, already analyzing how it felt.
Skye, ever the tech expert, was already running diagnostics.
Lexi's voice echoed through the room.
"This is your base. Your home. Your battleground. Prepare yourselves. The real work begins now."
Jade exhaled slowly.
"Bring it on."
Gage simply cracked his knuckles.
Ari adjusted the cuffs of her sniper suit, already analyzing how it felt.
Skye, ever the tech expert, was already running diagnostics.
The instructor, who had been watching silently, exhaled and shook his head slightly.
"Well," he said, crossing his arms. "Seems I wasn't needed here. Lexi's already explained everything."
He turned to leave, pausing briefly at the exit.
"Enjoy your day off today. The real danger starts tomorrow."
With that, he walked out, leaving them standing in their new home—a place of safety, training, and soon… war.
Jade clenched her fists.
Tomorrow couldn't come soon enough.
