Rampage

Gage launched forward like a human wrecking ball.

The first enemy barely had time to react before Gage's fist collided with his chest, sending him flying into the tunnel wall with a sickening CRUNCH.

Another soldier swung a baton charged with electricity—bad idea.

Gage caught it mid-swing, yanked the soldier toward him, and headbutted him unconscious. The baton snapped in half from the sheer force.

Jade took advantage of the chaos, dropping to one knee and firing a precise round into an enemy's leg. The guy crumpled instantly.

"Gage! Keep the pressure on, we're almost clear!"

Gage didn't need to be told twice.

An enemy in heavy armor tried to block him.

Gage grinned. Finally, a challenge.

The soldier swung a massive riot shield, aiming to bash Gage back.

Gage caught it.

With one hand.

And then—he ripped the shield away, tossing it aside like trash before grabbing the soldier by the chest plate and lifting him off the ground.

The man struggled.

Gage's glowing eyes narrowed.

Then—he slammed the guy into the floor so hard it cracked the concrete.

Silence.

The remaining enemies hesitated.

Rico chuckled, spinning his pistols. "So, uh… still wanna fight?"

They didn't.

The surviving soldiers dropped their weapons and bolted.

Skye scanned the tunnel, her screens flickering. "Coast is clear. We need to move—now."

Gage exhaled, his glow fading slightly, muscles returning to normal.

Jade patted his shoulder. "Nice work."

"Anytime."

As the squad sprinted toward the service hatch, Skye's screen blared red.

Jade's stomach dropped.

New reinforcements inbound.
