The party was sitting all around the hilltop. He could see all the happy faces. Blythe was sitting on a top stone as well. The orange glow was the brightest, and with the inclusion of the breeze, its weight increased. The clothes around them fluttered. Blythe felt her legs shake a bit. Somehow, the environment was making her mind relax. The jittery feeling went away. She could not understand what was making her this relaxed. Not that she was a troublesome one usually, but this calm is something that hardly felt like this.
“This is a good place; might as well enjoy it while it lasts,” Joe added to their conversation.
He was sweaty from the walking. Joe pushed Blythe to another side and then sat. His legs creaked with the sound of the iron as he made a groan.
