Chapter 2: The Fall of a Titan

Lin Fan's transformation sent a shockwave of raw power rippling through the ship.

The Chitauri army, already poised to strike, lunged forward as one.

A sea of armored warriors, weapons raised, their battle cries merging into a deafening roar.

Yet—Lin Fan didn't even move.

His aura alone, the sheer force of his unleashed ki, detonated outward like a hurricane.

BOOM!

The first wave of Chitauri exploded into mist, their bodies torn apart by the unleashed energy.

The second wave? Crushed like insects, their metallic armor twisting and shattering as they were sent flying.

Within seconds, thousands lay dead. The air became thick with the stench of blood and scorched metal.

A battlefield? No. This was a slaughterhouse.

Lin Fan stood at the center, untouched, eyes cold and merciless.

"Too weak." His voice carried through the chaos, cutting deeper than any blade.

The Chitauri, feared across the cosmos, were nothing but ants before him.

Even their energy weapons—capable of tearing through spaceships—were useless. The beams crashed against Lin Fan's ki aura, dissipating like rain against a raging inferno.

This was Majin Buu's power. And it was unstoppable.

From atop his metallic throne, Thanos had watched the massacre unfold.

His expression, once calm, shifted.

Lin Fan's energy—this devastating storm of destruction—was unlike anything he had ever encountered.

In his long, bloody conquest of the universe, Thanos had faced gods, conquerors, and cosmic entities. Yet never had he seen an unknown being wield such raw, boundless power.

For the first time, he regarded Lin Fan as a true threat.

"Stand down."

His voice, like rolling thunder, echoed through the ship.

At once, the remaining Chitauri halted, retreating like a tide.

Then—Thanos rose.

The towering Titan stepped down from his throne, his every movement carrying the weight of a being who had crushed civilizations beneath his heel.

With a single, effortless leap, he landed before Lin Fan.

BOOM!

The ship shook violently as his feet met the ground. Metal cracked beneath him.

Twenty meters apart.

Two beings—one, the self-proclaimed ruler of the universe. The other, an unknown force of destruction.

Their gazes met.

The pressure in the air became suffocating. Sparks of raw energy crackled between them.

No words were needed.

The battle had begun.

Lin Fan moved first.

A dark red light flared in his palm, condensing into a blazing spear of energy.

The Demon Piercing Light.

Buzz!

The air howled as the beam ripped forward, faster than the eye could track.

Thanos had only half a second to react—he sidestepped, but not fast enough.

BOOM!

A fist-sized hole tore through his left shoulder, the burning energy leaving behind scorched flesh.

Behind him, the beam sliced through the ship's metal walls like paper, continuing its path for miles before vanishing into the void of space.

For the first time in centuries, Thanos felt pain.

"Impossible…" he muttered, gripping his wound.

Thanos was a Titan Eternal, his body naturally resistant to most energy attacks. And yet—Lin Fan's blast had pierced through him effortlessly.

He had no time to dwell on it.

Lin Fan was already moving again.

A blur—then impact.

Lin Fan appeared in front of Thanos in an instant.

His fist, glowing with monstrous energy, collided with Thanos' chest.

BOOOOOM!

The sheer force of the punch tore through the ship.

Thanos was launched backward, his massive body crashing through layer after layer of reinforced metal.

Five. Six. Seven.

He plummeted deep into the ship, his body shattering steel walls like glass.

The entire ship trembled, alarms blaring as the structure began to collapse.

Lin Fan didn't stop.

His figure blurred, vanishing from sight as he pursued Thanos into the wreckage.

Then—

A storm of destruction erupted.

From the depths of the battleship, explosions ignited in rapid succession.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The universe itself seemed to tremble as shockwaves spread outward, shattering debris, twisting metal, tearing apart the ship from the inside.

No one dared interfere.

Not the Black Order, not the surviving Chitauri.

They could only watch in terror as their god, their ruler, their Titan… was being destroyed.

The battle raged on for what felt like an eternity.

By the time the destruction ceased, one-third of Thanos' flagship, the Temple One, was gone.

What remained was a smoking, crumbling ruin, floating in the void.

At the very center, before the shattered remains of Thanos' throne, Lin Fan stood.

He was untouched. Unharmed.

And in his raised right hand…

He held a massive, still-beating heart.

A purple heart.

Thanos' heart.

A deep silence fell over the battlefield.

The Black Order, the Chitauri, all stared in horror.

Lin Fan turned his gaze downward.

Before him, the body of Thanos trembled.

The once-mighty Titan, the warlord who had conquered entire galaxies, staggered.

Then—he fell.

BOOM.

Like a collapsing mountain, Thanos hit the ground.

Lifeless.

Dead.

Silence.

The Mad Titan was no more.
