TESSY’S CURIOSITY

Princess Tessy, an adventurous royal, had begun to explore the enchanted forest. Now, it is time for the prophecy to manifest. Tessy stood up from the old sofa she was sitting on and stared at the window behind her. The window beside her parent's room. She was mindful not to be seen by anyone.

Tessy's decision to explore the enchanted forest was to reclaim her position as the heiress of an unknown pack in the forest. She was thought to be lost but lived as a human with an adoptive family and no one knew she was not a human but a creature in human form. No wonder people who cross paths with her would always say she has both physical and behavioral traits reminiscent of a wolf. Her presence is commanding, with sharp, piercing eyes that seem to see through deception. Her movements are powerful, always exuding quiet confidence, as if she is always aware of her surroundings.

She can sense danger before it arrives, read people's emotions with unsettling accuracy, and have an almost supernatural level of endurance and resilience. Her skin reflects like that of a wolf, especially when emotions run high.

Tessy's curiosity to advent through the enchanted forest was for the fulfillment of the prophecy that had long been manifested. But she was tensed because she had no blueprint of the outcome of the adventure but fate would determine if her exploration would yield the expected outcome.

But if the case goes the other way, Tessy would be prey to the wolves in the forest, and her meat would be used for lunch.

Regardless of the several warnings, Tessy had received concerning her adventure into the forest, she paid deaf ears to those warnings and decided to follow the prophecy to reclaim her position in the enchanted forest.

If Tessy's parent knew she was about to leave the house, they would lock her up in her room or provide her with a personal guard that would stay with her all day. Limiting her from fulfilling the prophecy and exploring the forest. But Tessy kept everything in her mind, and no one knew her plans.

That morning, She was ready to leave. She peeped through the tiny opening beside her mother's window to check if they were awake. She sensed her father was awake but was still lying down in the bed. Tessy moved a step, but her both legs shook. She remembered she had to go with some clothes and her jewelry box. She moved her left leg back to the formal position, stood still, and thought for a while. She either has to go with some clothes or stay naked all day. But, considering how cold the Forest was, she needed some clothes.

When she realized that going into the room would leave her with no option but to stay at home because her parents would hear the sound of her footsteps and ask her where she was going with the clothes and jewelry box.

She retracted her right leg. Now, she was left with either to go without clothes or stay at home.

Tessy wondered if material things would restrict her from embarking on her adventure. If she loses this opportunity, then she will stay at home all day.

Tessy realized that her parents were awake and may want to call her name. She proceeded with her journey. She knew the journey would be a memory to remember. And one that never happened in the entire history of the existence of her village.

Tessy left the house around 7am and would spend 5-6 hours on the journey.

Her curiosity to explore the forest had nothing to be compared to. She was so serious about reaching the forest and never allowed anyone to stop her.

Even when the sound of warning kept ringing in her ears, she continued her journey.

Tessy knew that if she didn't follow the voice of prophecy, she would end up as prey to the wolves if she entered the enchanted forest.

She moved with confidence. But what amazed me was that Tessy didn't know the path that led to the pack she once stayed in. So she will have to wander around to find her pack. But, if Tessy keeps wandering around, would she lose or reclaim her position?

If Tessy reclaims her position, then she will need to find the exact location of her formal pack, but if she doesn't, then she might lose her life.

A few hours later, Tessy stumbled into the forest. The path she followed was the same path the group of researchers that stumbled into the forest a few weeks ago had followed and were killed.

She moved smoothly along the path as the echoe of warning resounds. It was her first time in the forest in ages. This will mark the beginning of her transformative journey.

The forest, steeped in ancient magic and mystery, might awaken long-dormant powers within her.

Along the winding shadowy paths, she could encounter enchanted creatures and cryptic signs that both test her resolve and hint at secrets from her past.

As she navigates these trials, old alliances are rekindled, and hidden enemies are revealed, forcing her to face challenges that test her courage, wisdom, and compassion.

Ultimately, this unexpected venture into the forest could lead her to embrace her destiny and reclaim her place as the true leader of her people, thereby restoring balance to the pack.

Tessy was meant to use her instincts to locate her destination but since everything went outright. She would have to follow the direction of twisted trees and the owl of birds.

When she got to the center of a diverse path, she didn't know the right path to follow. She sat down on a fallen tree trunk beside the road. Glancing at every angle of the path. She would have to wait for a rescue or follow her instinct.

Would Tessy's instinct lead her to her destination? or would she keep waiting for a rescue until she turns into prey to the hunter-wolf? Let's not forget that it is forbidden for humans to dwell amongst wolves, and if found, they are regarded as a threat to the werewolf world and would be killed.
