Once again, he gently knocked on the door but didn't get any reply from her side. He softly sighed, "It's me, Seraph. I'm entering."
He softly opened the gate and entered inside to see her still sitting at the table beside the window, gazing at the morning sun. However, at his entry, her face turned slightly toward him.
He moved his gaze toward the table to see the Moonberries still placed there. She hadn't eaten any of them and had just kept them there.
He heaved a sigh and moved toward her. "You will become skin and bones if you don't eat properly."
While saying this, he picked up the Moonberry plate and placed it beside the gate to take it out while exiting, and replaced it with a fresh plate of Moonberries that he had prepared.
"Eat these fresh ones whenever you feel up to it," he said gently, his voice warm and comforting.
She neither said anything nor moved a little.
