Chapter 8: Future Trunks

[Next match: Android 17 from Universe 14 versus IKL from Universe 15.]

IKL was a pregnant woman, and she requested the referee to grant her more time.

"IKL hasn't been born yet. Could you give me a few more hours?"

After GT Vegeta returned to his universe's area, he was greeted with a scolding.

GT Bra, wearing a loose jacket, had a fiery figure and light green flowing hair that swayed slightly.

"Dad, didn't I tell you not to get so dirty? Honestly, you never listen."

GT Vegeta didn't refute his daughter.

Super Gohan spotted another familiar face and pulled Gogeta to another universe's stands.

A handsome young man with short sky-blue hair and a long sword on his back was standing straight. He was Future Trunks.

Super Gohan extended his right hand in a friendly gesture, tentatively asking, "Are you the Trunks I know?"

Trunks recognized him, and a smile appeared on his rigid face.

"Son Gohan. Yes, we fought Cell together."

"Also, Gogeta, thank you for your help back then."

Gogeta waved his hand dismissively.

"It was nothing, just a small favor."

Because Gogeta had traveled through time, perhaps due to the butterfly effect or perhaps due to other reasons.

In any case, during the Goku Black period, Trunks had escaped to the Super Timeline first, bringing Future Bulma along with him. She wasn't killed like in the original story.

Seeing no hope of victory, Black Goku and Zamasu fused using the Potara earrings, their power leaping to match full-power Super Saiyan Blue.

Although they couldn't initially defeat the two working together, they relied on their half-immortal bodies to successfully exhaust Super Goku and Vegeta to the point where they couldn't transform into Super Saiyan Blue.

Gogeta intervened in time, took out the sealing jar he had prepared, and used the Evil Containment Wave to seal Fused Zamasu, then handed him over to Beerus from the Super Timeline.

The immortality granted by Super Shenron was strong, but after the two fused, the effect of immortality was weakened.
