Chapter Two

 "There is no objection in constitutional procedure. Said Clark. You must obtain all the documents in relation with mining otherwise you end up in prison, which has more strict correctional than near considerable bail out. 

 "But we have prepared to go to the mining site, not even our clothes, shoes, tools and everything that supports us in life remains at home as we are speaking to you, Clark". Mazi Chetechi said. Clark didn't allow him to take a breath from the earnestly and trembling speech and called Mazi Chetechi "a lame player". He proceeded, "it is certainly an interested debate if you have heard about health insurance, more or less you have had health insurance". He can't help for the afflicted inquisitive in Clark's nature or prowess but bemoaned his sufferings with a very low spirited noise, that earnestly mimicked realization of one's self. 

"Did you have first Aid Box for emergency", Clark asked. 

"What we have is our strength and an idea only. He replied. He wanted to utter another word when Clark instructed him to shut up! "I tried to say something soothing". He returned with a feverish voice. 

"Even, if you mimic American intellectual in diplomatic and Chinese smartness in technology, it doesn't guarantee you right to obliterate any law, okay? Said Clark. He proceeded, "you should go back and prepare for the work, otherwise, the worst thing will visit you all. Because poor preparation ushers poor performance, while proper preparation prevents poor performance". Said Clark. 

"I detested this moment, it is like one great washing day, only that nothing washed. I must confess that I could not help feeling fine rather angry with Clark that I can't find word to expressed the whole situation". Said Mazi Chetechi as they stepped out of court premises. 

"However, I intended to interrupt Clark as I pity our plans washing away by lack of information in relation to our poor preparation. But the question is, are we prepared? Preparation is not a common word, because it works in many things, very supplement to virtue and uncountable bearing to life". "I would be obliged to relate my father's saying here that the future belongs to those who prepare for it". To me, he didn't persecuted us, we persecuted ourselves, because we can't been able to see that there are dangerous grasses in the path we are about to embark on. And again, the manner through which he spoke to us was cacophon, and again it is a way to inject the procedure in us. As Clark was not all that right, he was not all that wrong too, Dona Udoba said. 

 "Through out the time we spent in the court, Kaodilichukwu had never uttered any word, and bestowed his deportment upon a young girl. Just a teen is best description for her status. Surprisingly, he couldn't munch as long as the young girl lives. She is a remedy to his addicted munching. Chikeliuba remarked. 

"Haha! Though as of her present status, she is steaming ahead like Netflix. I really natured novice, as well timid and tender with regards to that little girl but not considering her for romantic reasons but I am awfully devastated by the expensive gadgets in her position. This gadgets which phone is one of them analysed my curiosity about her. I am disappointed by the court as they even failed to probe her, because her salary is not in way comparable to those gadgets". Kaodilichukwu said. 

"You are not right from that point, where you suggested probe. Don't envy those expensive gadgets. On the altar that they are more expensive to her earnings, so it might be a product of misappropriation from those who are not prepared to render exemplary services in the bureaucracy. Though it might not be her directly but it might be those big civil servants in big position. They often choose to be responsible by spending huge cash for teen's romantic advancement, while setting a bad example in the public services. Such position hardly favored peoples like Daddy Celebrant. Chikeliuba said. 

"These people with poor deportment are physically gentlemen and women with some false characteristics complexion. However, I know you made a good observation, you exhibit a patriotic duty" .Dona Udoba said. What I mean is that your observation towards that little girl is more than those gadgets with her, but everything that happens around us as it concerns the public. Since we don't care much about what happened in the public services, the public services will always remain mishap and pear-shaped. It is fair to say. Then, that this explosive period of population, is not an ideal time to be facing nonsense in the public services. If I am to suggest, everyone should prepare for great service like never before. Because what affects one Africa affects all Africans both at home and outside. He emphasized. 

"I have to protect myself here and keep my feelings to myself over what is happening maybe one day I will understand why certain incidents happen. There are things that stay hidden for years and one day they may reveal, because human characters are at first hidden and at second recorded as history". Mazi Chetechi said. 

Consequently, the most unprepared person among them was Chikeliuba, because all the time they were at the court premises, Ifunanya's image was flying like incense, sometimes her smells, sometimes her hair, sometimes her smile, her clothes, her shoes and absolutely everything about her seems to lure his emotional feelings. Such emotional neurosis made him nothing among the senses, and forcefully led him home to meet her. Nobody really believed him, though, with good cause, they accepted him when he said goodbye to them.Indeed reaching home was his dream, he came through but as he realized that Ifunanya was in another state like bemoaning, she probably has been in her bonnet about the unprepared they are as lovers. In case they have child, and he is in another state as well, because he never thought she would practically halt his emotional tendency and feelings to observe their foreplay. "It is not only love, it is also about future, to abort or not when pregnancy occurs is a question on the dresses of every lover and its preparedness will answer the question. Even to marry or not. It is about preparation for eventualities between you and me. To fall in love is pearl, but to prepare for it is dimond". Ifunanya said. He got cold and the whole muscle in his body, both physically and mentally grounded immediately.He thought she was not serious but as days went by, he realized that the matter is very important to her, like date is very important to lenders. Such recalcitrant and curiosity she placed over the matter made them to fixed their minds rationally and get well prepared for love. "There is a man I want you to look up to, he is Daddy Celebrant, look at him, he is always prepared, each time he appears, he possesses a figure that remarks and entails how prepared he is. Prepare yourself, even though, it is not up to the Daddy Celebrant's echelon, but get to some practical level. Do it, practice it, get prepared, and you will be strong enough to move forward. She said. She proceeded to invent the same old foreplay but in another dimension that reminded them how prepared they must be.
