Life and death—nature’s laws. It is the reality we live in, the inevitable end we all face. And amidst it all, everything else feels pale in comparison.



Awakening was simultaneously the best and worst thing that ever happened to me. For most, it is either a blessing or a curse—but for me, it is both.



The year is 2124. You’d think this would be the pinnacle of human development, but in truth, the only real difference is the introduction of Meta Energy—an innovation designed to counteract the destruction brought by global warming.



In a world of celebrity superheroes, monstrous biohazards, apocalyptic calamities, and ever-evolving Meta-humans, growing stronger isn’t a choice—it’s a necessity. And with the system-like interface I mysteriously became linked to one day, I now have the means to do just that.



Yet, something feels off. As if there’s more to this than what’s on the surface.
