Holding Company

Inside Mumbai Luxury Motors, the showroom was bustling with activity as Priya and Janki stood in front of the luxury cars. But their attention was suddenly diverted to a tall, imposing Indian bodyguard who stood near the entrance. His muscular build and stern face immediately caught their eye.

The strong physique of the guard was unmistakable, and his gaze was intense, scanning the surroundings. Priya and Janki instinctively stepped back, unsure of the situation. It wasn't long before they decided to head inside and call for Manager Dube.

The guard followed them with an air of authority and then stood still near the door.

Manager Dube, noticing the unusual presence of these individuals, adjusted his posture, trying to maintain his composure. He walked over with a smile and said, "How may I help you, sir?"

The guard, his deep voice cutting through the silence, stepped forward and replied, "We are here to collect a car that our boss had purchased earlier."

Manager Dube immediately recognized the seriousness of the situation. His instincts told him that these men weren't just ordinary clients. He had already completed the documentation for the 20 Land Rovers and led the group outside to where the cars were parked.

As the bodyguards filed into the vehicles, their sharp military-like coordination did not go unnoticed. All 35 of them moved with precision and discipline as they settled into their designated cars.

Priya, with a mixture of curiosity and excitement, turned to Janki and said, "Manager Dube, do you think… he's some kind of billionaire or someone with immense power? Those bodyguards are not ordinary."

Manager Dube, still processing the scene, nodded slowly. "Yes, Priya. Those guards are not the usual type we see. Their strength and coordination… it's clear that their boss has an impressive background."

Once the cars had left Mumbai Luxury Motors, Priya and Janki exchanged silent glances, both unsure of just how rich their new client might be.

Later at Vijay's Villa

The Land Rovers and Rolls-Royce Phantom arrived at Vijay's villa. As the convoy pulled up to the sprawling property, the bodyguards disembarked, their eyes scanning the surroundings. In unison, they greeted, "Hello, Master."

Vijay, still adjusting to the sudden wealth and the change in his lifestyle, looked up at the bodyguards in slight surprise. "Master?" he repeated. His voice was firm yet calm. "Don't call me master. Call me boss."

The bodyguards, perfectly synchronized as always, responded in unison, "Okay, boss."

With the formalities out of the way, the bodyguards moved to claim their rooms and rest. There was an unspoken understanding among them: their duty was to protect and serve, no matter where they were.

Vijay, too, felt the need to rest after his long day. He went to the main bedroom, a lavish space that reflected his newfound wealth. The soft bed welcomed him, and he quickly fell asleep, his mind still processing everything that had happened.

The next morning, Vijay woke up early, feeling the weight of his new life upon him. The system interface pinged as soon as he was awake.

[Ding! Would you like to sign in?]

Vijay, already familiar with the daily sign-in process, accepted.

[Ding! Congratulations! The host has gained knowledge on how to create an AI with the highest intelligence in the universe. (This knowledge has been integrated directly into the host's mind.)]

Vijay's eyes widened. This was not just a breakthrough in technology—it was the key to the future. He could now create an AI that far surpassed any existing systems.

[Ding! Congratulations! The host has received critical knowledge of operating systems, 100 years ahead of current technology. (This knowledge has been integrated directly into the host's mind.)]

He could feel the weight of quantum computing, AI, and advanced technologies flooding his mind. This knowledge would not only help him design and innovate but could change the world in ways that were previously unimaginable.

He stood up and went about his usual routine—brushing his teeth, taking a shower, and changing into comfortable clothes. But today, he had something more in mind. He decided to explore the villa.

First, he visited the home theater room. The screen was massive, resembling something one would find in a cinema hall. The plush seating and sound system were all top-tier—perfect for a private movie night. He then wandered to the swimming pool, with its crystal-clear water and beautiful views of the city skyline.

As he explored more of the villa, he came across the huge basement. It could easily fit 40-50 cars, and Vijay was amazed by the sheer size of the space. He could fill it with luxury cars, something that felt far-fetched just a few days ago.

Walking out into the garden, he was greeted by a surprising sight—a helipad. His mind immediately raced. "Do I need to get a helicopter now?" he thought, a smile creeping onto his face. Vijay felt a strange sense of pride.

With all the space available, Vijay realized that he needed help managing the villa. He began to think about hiring a bioman, someone loyal and efficient. Biomans were genetically enhanced beings designed to be 100% loyal to their employers, and he knew they would be perfect for the job.

He summoned an advanced bioman with high-level business management skills.

Krishna, his AI assistant, appeared on-screen. "What is your name?" he asked.

The bioman replied, "Smriti Mandana, sir."

Smriti was no ordinary individual. She was a graduate from MIT, USA, and had worked as a regional headquarters president of Google before resigning due to personal matters. Now, with her life in order, she was ready for a new challenge.

Krishna spoke again, "Smriti, I need you to set up a company called Cygnus Holdings and register a sister company, CygnusNet, with an initial capital of 700 crore INR. Additionally, I want you to create multiple shell companies around the world—British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Seychelles, Dubai, and Singapore. Split the shares among these companies in a way that makes it untraceable. My personal share should be 8% in Cygnus Holdings. This needs to be done discreetly."

Smriti nodded. "Understood, sir."

Vijay continued, "Once that's done, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development of these companies. You'll be in charge of their operations."

He summoned another bioman, one who had expert knowledge in internet apps and search engine technologies, as well as an intermediate understanding of business management.

Vijay appointed him as the CEO of CygnusNet. His first task was clear: develop a weakened version of AI that could be installed on mobile devices, laptops, or computers. The AI would optimize performance, help users free up space, and make devices run smoother. This app would be available for free on Google Play and Apple App Store for one month.

Once people got hooked, the plan was to slowly guide them toward downloading CygnusNet's OS—an advanced system that would help Vijay dominate the tech industry.

Vijay smiled inwardly. This was just the beginning.
