I blinked. Once, then twice, and thrice.
What is he doing?
He wasn't looking at me, neither was he giving any sort of acknowledgement to leave me alone.
"Ryder—" He cut me off to say,
" See you at the hot spring." Saying, Ryder stole a kiss from my cheek. And just like that, he stole a lot more than my heart and walked away. He stole my peace and my sanity. Moreover, he stole my ability to think straight.
I struggled to keep my bra on my skin, covering me delicately. I expected him to gawk at him, for he appeared to be enticed with my body, like other men.
However, what happened was unexpected.
Not once did Ryder turn around to look at my exposed body. And neither did he lose the smile on his face as he shut the curtains back again.
I was left speechless. The whole ordeal. It was too much to take in.
But the way he made me feel, the excitement and the deal of the whole fiasco, it was Ryder's way of ensuring he respected me but also...craved for me.
