Scarlett's POV
There was a huge procedure the company had to do to determine my validity of testament. The proof was merely a proof. But how could they find evidence lying around that they could trust themselves?
Well, I remained confident in my position and waited for the team to investigate at their own pace.
"Good morning, Raleigh." I greeted the receptionist. She greeted back with rather uncertainty as I found it weird. I slowed my pace, wondering. Her gaze was somewhere else, and I had followed to where she was looking at.
"What's going on there?" I asked, leaning against the desk. She leaned closer and said in a whisper,
"They've been lurking around pointing to stuff and things for quite some time now. I wonder if they've come for an inspection." She said. Hmm. She's quite smart for observing, gotta say that.
