CHAPTER 76 Betrayal Unveiled

　　Hermes came into the room while I was recuperating. I saw him coming in, and regain consciousness. I rushed into his arms the moment he came closer to me.

　　His hands patted my back, and he placed a soft kiss on my forehead.

　　"I told you, you'll be fine." He whispered beside my ear.

　　"What about Lillian?" I asked and looked up at him, he cupped my face in his hands and smiled. "She's safe."

　　I felt relieved hearing that.

　　I did everything that he wanted me to do, and we planned to get Lillian to kill all the packs that imposed a threat to Hermes.

　　She helped us to get rid of his enemies, and those stubborn packs that were likely to go against him.

　　Norman Gomez was one of those men who would go against Hermes, and that was when he planned to do that to him.

　　It worked, just as he had planned.

　　He wanted me to seduce Norman, and I had sneaked out of the palace while nobody was watching and went to meet with Norman.
