CHAPTER 96 Banished

  Eryn POV

There is nothing that I hate more than the Elder Council. Yet here I sit in front of them again, pleading my case. Per usual, none of them act like the crimes against me are worth the fight. Alpha Edward has a smug look on his face. He is getting his way, and I swear on all things Holy, I will rip out his throat on day. Atticus is tense beside me, and I know he feels the same way.

"It is not our business that you do not have control over your pack," Elder Bernard rolls his milky white eyes. "What is our business is that you killed several members of your pack without proper trial."

  "They were traitors," Atticus growls.

"Traitors or not. They deserved due process, and they were denied that," he says. "The Elder Council will have no choice but to take action."

"What exactly are you trying to say?" I snarl before Atticus gets a chance.
