When I woke up today, this was never a possibility of events that I would be going through. However, here I stand in my father's office while he and my stepmother proceed to explain to me that they have planned my life out for me. 　　After making it back to the packhouse, I shower and change in Jacob's room, as I was explicitly told to stay away from my room. It is apparently "glam headquarters."


　　I finish my bow tie to my black on black Armani suit, and step back to admire the impeccable details of the design. Though you can't see them from a distance, there are intricate roses sewn onto the suit. 


　　Knight has been pacing and breathing heavily in my mind, ever since we got back to the packhouse. He misses his mate, not that I blame him. I haven't seen Kira since we woke up this morning, and I was kicked out of my own room. 


　　Everyone is excited about tonight's ceremony. Wolves don't typically get married because our mate bond is far deeper than human marriages. Since Kira and I will be named co-alphas together, this is being perceived as a wedding, though we have already mated and marked one another.
