　　Brody and Shane threw their heads back and within seconds, they were in their wolf forms, deadly fangs bared and large claws ready to strike at the enemy rogues standing before them. Several of the warriors who flanked them were also in their wolf forms except for one, who stepped in close to my side and gave me a reassuring smile.


　　"Don't worry, Luna. We won't let them harm you. We gave our word to Alpha Alec before he left that we would guard you with our life while he was not here.
