Olivia's POV
I savored the last bite of my steak, letting out a contented sigh. "That was incredible," I admitted, leaning back in my chair. "I might have to keep you around just for the food."
"Oh, I'd be happy to stick around, darling. But how about I keep you close instead? I promise to spoil you in ways that'll make your toes curl."
His words sent a shiver down my spine, leaving me fumbling for a reply. "I... um..."
Desperate for a distraction, I stood up abruptly, reaching for the plates. "Let me just clear these-"
"No, no," Christopher interrupted, rising smoothly from his seat. "Allow me."
I blinked, surprised by his offer. It was hard to imagine this billionaire doing something as mundane as clearing dishes. "Are you sure? I don't mind-"
"Nonsense," he cut me off with a wave. "I insist. You just sit back and relax."
