Olivia's POV
I snagged the emerald dress and headed for the dressing room. As I closed the door behind me, I caught sight of the price tag dangling from the sleeve. My eyes nearly popped out of my head.
"Holy sh-" I clapped a hand over my mouth, remembering where I was. But seriously, that many zeros? For a dress? I could buy a car for that much.
I slipped out of my clothes and carefully stepped into the dress. The cool and smooth fabric felt like liquid silk against my skin. I zipped it up and turned to face the mirror.
My jaw dropped.
The dress hugged every curve perfectly, accentuating my figure in ways I didn't even know was possible. The emerald color made my skin glow, and my eyes pop. I looked... well, I looked like a movie star.
Which, I guess, I was about to become. Sort of.
I twirled, watching the skirt flare out around me. It was magical. It was perfect. It was...
It was way too expensive.
