CHAPTER 106

  Olivia's POV

Christopher's hands were everywhere; before I knew it, he'd lifted me partially out of the water. I barely noticed the tangled weight of my soggy clothes as his hands found their way to my breasts, squeezing them through the layers of cold, wet fabric. My skin tingled where he touched, a delicious warmth spreading beneath his fingers.

He broke the kiss, leaving me breathless and craving. "Let's get you out of this pool."

His strong arms circled my waist, lifting me like I weighed nothing more than a feather. Out of the pool, my skin prickled with goosebumps the second we were met by a gentle breeze. The night air was cool, but his lips captured mine again before I could comment.

His taste was intoxicating, rich with promise, and something darker that thrummed under my skin. It was hard to think and breathe, especially as his hands roamed over my body with confidence, sending my head spinning.
