CHAPTER 122

  Olivia's POV

The door swung open, revealing Emma's beaming face. "Olivia! Oh my god, you're alive! I was about to send out a search party."

I rolled my eyes, stepping inside. "Ha ha, very funny. I've only been MIA for, like, what, a week?"

"A week? Try two!" Emma shut the door behind me. "I was starting to think our upcoming Hollywood starlet had forgotten all about us little people."

"As if," I scoffed, following her into the living room. "I could never forget you. Who else would I complain to about my tragic caffeine addiction?"

Emma plopped down on the couch, patting the spot next to her. "Speaking of which, want some coffee? I was just about to make a fresh pot."

"God, yes," I groaned, sinking into the cushions. "I swear, I'm more coffee than human now."

As Emma bustled around in the kitchen, I called out, "So, where's Jake? Don't tell me he's still sleeping at this ungodly hour."
