  "Make her move out."

When Lucas walked in, I was unusually serious.

I felt like my patience had reached its limit.

  "Don't make a scene."

Lucas approached me, extending his arms as if to hug me.

I pushed him away forcefully, the rage that had been building inside me surging.

"I'm not making a scene. Make her move out. Even if I have to rent her a place, buy her a house, or hire a maid to take care of her, I don't want to live under the same roof as her anymore."

The room fell deathly silent, our breathing the only sound that could be heard.

Lucas stared at me, his brow furrowed deeply.

"Don't force her. She's an extreme person, and I'm afraid she might do something stupid."

A shiver ran through my chest as I spoke, my voice trembling, "And aren't you afraid I might do something stupid?"

Lucas lowered his head and sighed softly, "You won't."

I let out a bitter laugh.
