CHAPTER NINETY NINE DAVIS' DOUBTS

  The old woman's breath caught in her throat as she read the headlines. "My God, this can't be true."

  But as she scrolled through the stories, she found herself confronted with a growing sense of dread. There were interviews with former classmates, police reports, even an old news article that seemed to confirm the terrible allegations.

  "Zee is doing this, getting on my nerves for a reason." She said clenching her fist.

  How fast can he be? How did he get to do all this in space of days? What is he trying to achieve?

  "Zee is really touching my raw nerves." She said beginning to tremble, "At this rate, Dahila may lose her baby. Does she know about all this?"

  "Let me out of this room or I will break it down!" I yelled hitting the door with every object I found in the room, "No one locks up a pregnant woman without food! Let me out now!! Gundat... Or whatever your name is, let me out of this room!!"
