Game

Kai placed the smart card on the table in the center and said, "Now the card will randomly select the names. The name that is chosen will ask the person they want to ask." Of course, the card knew their names as it was linked to their chips. Then it started displaying random names quickly until it stopped at Orion Terra as the first person to ask.

Of course, some people other than Orion knew the reason for this game, but they chose to play it.

When the card was distributed to the heirs, Orion observed their behavior, their eyes, their breathing, their sweat... their shadows, and he already knew who the spies were.

Everyone watched Orion, wondering who he would ask first. Orion turned to a young man from the Niflheimer race, a race associated with ice and frost. When Orion looked him in the eyes, the young man trembled slightly for two reasons: the first was because of Orion's gaze, and the second was because he was the spy. "Can this monster fly in the Spark rank?" Orion asked. The young man answered hesitantly, "No." Although he gave the correct answer, his nervousness did not go unnoticed by some people.

Orion's turn ended, and another name came up, and that person asked someone else, "Does the monster have scales?" "No." Several turns passed, then it was the turn of a young woman named Lyanna Weaver with golden hair and eyes, golden clothes, and a rune symbol written in red on her eyes. She looked at the young man Orion had asked and said, "Does this monster possess an ability related to light?" The young man looked at her and said, "No." Lyanna narrowed her eyes, then closed them, and the turns passed until it was Kane's turn. He also looked at the same young man and asked him, "Is there anything common between you and the monster?" The young man looked at him and said confidently, "No." At that moment, the eyes of the attendees closed on him, and the young man knew he had failed. Then the turns passed, and the first round ended. It was time for elimination. A screen appeared for everyone through their smart chips, displaying the personalities of the heirs. They all chose the poor young man, even the spies, knowing that the spies did not know each other.

(Larry Kanko has been eliminated)

(1 spy has been eliminated)

(Round 2 begins)

Larry sighed and leaned back in his seat, then looked at Orion, the reason for his initial elimination. Everyone looked at Orion because a new round had started with the same order, but Lyanna Weaver, Kane Nova, and others looked at him with admiration because he was the first to discover Larry. Orion looked at a vampire young woman, Lily, and asked her, "Is this monster's blood drinkable?" Lily's eyes widened because she didn't expect such a difficult question, as she was in the stage of figuring out what the monster was, but a question like this... "No." Immediately, the eyes closed on her. Like the poor young man Larry, she knew she had failed. The second round passed, and she was eliminated.

In the third round, a giant was eliminated, in the fourth, a young woman from the Elf race, and in the fifth and final, a young man from the Demi race. After the round ended, everyone looked at Orion with admiration and astonishment, wondering how he knew the spies, while some looked with caution and others with anger, who were none other than the spies.

Kai sensed the mood of the table and said, "Ahem, well, why don't we start another round?" The heirs nodded, and another round of the game began, with the same order, but this time it was different. Orion was the spy, and it was his first turn, but he was calm because he knew the other spies and could accuse someone of being a spy at the end if he didn't know the answer. Thus began rounds of deception and sacrificing spies.

In the first round, Orion asked a young man from the Dwarf race the same question from the first round, "Can the monster fly in the Spark rank?" "No," the young man replied. Thanks to Orion's influence in the previous round, some decided to trust his judgment. Then some people started asking the same young man from the Dwarf race, who was getting increasingly nervous, until Lyanna asked him, "Is the monster characterized by its speed?" "Yes." Immediately, the eyes of the heirs closed on him, and he knew he had failed. At the end of the first round, he was eliminated, of course.

Then the heirs looked at Orion to see who the next spy would be. Orion looked at a human young woman and asked her, "Does it possess an ability related to water?" "Yes," the young woman replied. Since there was no reaction, then the monster has an ability related to water. Hmm. Then some people started asking her questions until it was the vampire Lily's turn, "Is the monster aquatic?" "Yes." Immediately, the eyes of the heirs closed on her, and of course, she was eliminated.

Orion started the third round, and it was not aquatic, so perhaps it was terrestrial or amphibious and not aerial because it could not fly. Orion looked at a young man from the Dragon race and said, "Does the monster have hair?" "Yes." The eyes of the heirs closed on him, and of course, he was eliminated.

The fourth round began. Orion looked at a young man from the Demi race and asked him, "Does the monster walk on two legs?" "No." Orion nodded, then came the question that eliminated him, "Is the monster usually fierce?" "Yes." Of course, he was eliminated. Now came the fifth round. Orion had some assumptions but needed final confirmation, so he needed a victim.

He looked straight ahead, and Kai was sitting in front of him. He looked into his eyes and asked, "Is the monster characterized by its defense?" Kai's eyes widened because he was not a spy, so why would he ask him? Did he make a mistake? Don't tell me he's the spy. "Yes," he answered correctly anyway because he knew what the monster was. After nine rounds of Orion eliminating the spies, most of them began to trust his judgment implicitly, so they started asking him one after another, even Lyanna, but everyone was surprised because every question asked to Kai, he answered correctly, but they thought he already knew the answer, so they were going to eliminate him,

but Lyanna had her own suspicions. When the round ended and it was time to vote, everyone voted for Kane except for him, of course, and Lyanna voted for Orion. They understood why Kane, but why Lyanna? But they found out the reason later.

(Kane Nova has been eliminated)

(0 spies have been eliminated)

(The spy knew the monster)

(The monster is the Water Guardian(turtle))

(The remaining spy is Orion Terra)

(The spies won)

Everyone looked at the screen in astonishment except for Kane and Lyanna, who were looking at Orion. Everyone, including the spies, turned to Orion, who was calmly drinking his drink, while Kane and Lyanna thought the same thing: he knew the spies as if he were reading from an open book, then his judgment gained everyone's trust, and he eliminated the spies who were with him, using them like pawns, his victims, and increased everyone's trust in his judgment, then accused Kane and eliminated him. "He's dangerous." Kane and Lyanna's eyes narrowed.

The table remained silent; no one tried to speak until each one was running their own thoughts in their mind. Well, feeling like a game being manipulated wasn't the best idea. After a few hours, the end of the conference was announced. Orion got up from his seat, passing by his friends, then they headed to the spaceport and boarded their private ship. After they boarded, the ship closed the door automatically, and the ship began to fly, piercing the planet's atmosphere, returning to the planet Nihari.
