The five Kage were still digesting everything Naruto and Sasuke had said. There was an unease in the air, the weight of the situation settling over them like a storm cloud. Despite their shared strength and years of experience, they were facing an enemy beyond anything they had encountered before.
Mei broke the silence first. "So, how do we prepare for something we've never seen? You're saying the Ōtsutsuki are more dangerous than Kaguya?"
Naruto nodded solemnly. "Yes. The Ōtsutsuki are a clan of beings who feed on the chakra of planets. Kaguya was just a part of their scheme to harvest chakra from this world. Isshiki is the first of them we know about, but more are coming. They're after our chakra, and if we don't stop them, they'll wipe out everything we've fought to protect."
Tsunade gritted her teeth, her fists clenching. "And we're supposed to just sit here and wait?"
Gaara's voice was calm but firm. "No. We will fight. But we need to understand more about them, about their powers, about what we're facing."
Onoki nodded in agreement. "We can't rely on just one set of tactics. The Ōtsutsuki are likely to be unpredictable. They might use all kinds of abilities we've never encountered."
Sasuke, ever the strategist, crossed his arms. "We need to be ready for every possibility. That means gathering information and preparing our forces. The Kage can't fight alone."
Naruto looked at the group, determination filling his eyes. "Exactly. We need every village to contribute, every Shinobi. If we don't prepare now, we'll be overwhelmed when they arrive."
Mei stepped forward. "We'll mobilize the villages, rally the forces. But how do we deal with Kaguya if she does come back? She's dangerous, no matter how she presents herself now."
Naruto hesitated for a moment, remembering Kaguya's words. "If she attacks... we'll have to fight. But I don't think she's interested in destroying us. She wants us to deal with the Ōtsutsuki, too. We have a better chance of surviving if we work together, even with her."
Tsunade narrowed her eyes. "You trust her?"
"I trust that she's not our enemy... for now," Naruto answered, his voice steady but unsure. "But I don't trust her completely. She's too unpredictable."
Onoki sighed, rubbing his temples. "This is a mess. We've just returned, and already we're being asked to face the impossible."
"None of us expected this," Tsunade said, shaking her head. "But we can't afford to be weak. The villages need to unite more than ever before."
Sasuke's gaze was cold. "Strength won't be enough if we don't understand our enemy. We'll need everything we have to stand a chance."
Naruto turned toward the sky, his eyes focused. "This fight isn't just about our villages. It's about the entire world. We need to stand united, or we'll fall."
With that, the five Kage exchanged looks of silent agreement. The time to hesitate had passed. They would begin preparing for the Ōtsutsuki, strengthening their forces, gathering intelligence, and making sure they were ready for any attack—whether from Kaguya, the Ōtsutsuki, or both.
But the true challenge was just beginning. The Ōtsutsuki would come for their chakra, and if Kaguya's warning was anything to go by, they would stop at nothing to claim it. The Kage had no choice but to rise to the challenge.
