Chapter 16:Electrolux

"Big brother, it's okay."

Perhaps sensing the other party's kindness, Huo Yuhao didn't hesitate to respond before turning back to prepare his next catch.

Chen Junting snapped his fingers.

A sharp wave of soul power cut through the water without a splash. In the next breath, a black fish, significantly larger than the previous ones, floated motionless on the surface.

So strong!

Huo Yuhao's pupils shrank in shock. Before he could fully process what had happened, Chen Junting stepped forward, fished out the herring, and handed it to him.

"Yuhao, you don't have to call me big brother. We're both eleven—I'm just a few months older than you. If you don't mind, call me Brother Junting instead."

Only a few months older?

Recalling the effortless display of power he had just witnessed, Huo Yuhao tightened his grip on the fish. A bitter thought surfaced—Am I really this weak? Can I still take revenge?

Chen Junting noticed the shift in Huo Yuhao's mood and realized that his words might not have been the best choice. But before he could think of a way to ease the situation, Wu Feng, who had already finished her grilled fish, approached with bright eyes.

"Huo Yuhao, can you finish that fish?"

"You still want to eat?"

Huo Yuhao blinked, momentarily pulled from his thoughts.

Chen Junting smirked, giving Wu Feng an approving glance before placing a firm finger on her forehead to reject her request. "Wait your turn," he signaled silently.

Wu Feng pouted but didn't argue.

They watched as Huo Yuhao skillfully wielded his White Tiger Dagger, effortlessly cleaning the fish. Ning Tian, always observant, noticed the dagger wasn't ordinary—it was a high-grade soul guidance, at least level three.

As the group shared several rounds of grilled fish, even Chen Junting accepted a portion. The meal was unexpectedly enjoyable, and Wu Feng, savoring every bite, even half-jokingly invited Huo Yuhao to be their personal chef.

Huo Yuhao politely refused.

"What a pity."

Watching him leave, Wu Feng sighed. Then, noticing his direction, she frowned. "Wait… Huo Yuhao wouldn't actually be heading to the Star Dou Great Forest alone to hunt for a soul ring, would he?"

"With his strength, he'd struggle against a mere Ten-Year Wind Baboon."

Though blunt, concern laced her words.

Chen Junting, however, gave her a strange look.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Wu Feng asked, confused.

"Nothing." Chen Junting smirked before shifting the topic. "Do you want to help him?"

Wu Feng hesitated, then glanced at Ning Tian, silently passing the decision to her.

"Brother Junting, do you think he belongs to some powerful faction?" Ning Tian asked. "That dagger of his is quite valuable."

"Powerful faction? Look at him."

Chen Junting gestured toward the path Huo Yuhao had taken. "His body is frail, clearly malnourished since childhood. Does he look like the son of a noble family? As for the soul guidance, my guess is he might be an illegitimate child or something similar."

Ning Tian frowned but didn't disagree—his reasoning was sound.

"That's why I suggest we bring him into the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect."

Wu Feng and Ning Tian's eyes widened.

"Hey, Swordsman, are you serious?" Wu Feng exclaimed. "It's one thing to help him, but recruiting him into the sect? He's only at level ten! Even a stray dog would shake its head at that!"

"Brother Junting, Wu Feng isn't wrong," Ning Tian added.

Chen Junting chuckled. "Oh? Then tell me, when we were eating, did you notice his martial spirit?"

Ning Tian's brows furrowed. She had observed carefully, but she hadn't seen any spirit manifestation or weapon conjuration.

"His martial spirit is his eyes."

Ning Tian's breath caught.

"A body martial spirit?"

Body spirits were exceptionally rare, and as the young mistress of the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect, she was well aware of the legendary Body Sect—a faction composed entirely of body spirit soul masters.

"Yes. It may seem weak in the early stages, but as it develops, it becomes incredibly powerful. If his eyes connect to his brain, then it's a top-tier martial spirit. And if he has a talent for soul engineering, as a spiritual-type soul master, he could reach the level of a ninth-tier soul engineer."

"A ninth-tier soul engineer?"

Even the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect didn't have a single ninth-tier soul master!

"But… wouldn't the Body Sect have already taken him in?" Ning Tian questioned.

"No."

Chen Junting shook his head. "The Body Sect, despite their eccentric ways, would never abandon someone with a body martial spirit. If he were one of theirs, he'd know about it. Which means… Huo Yuhao is a blank slate—one with the potential to become a ninth-tier soul engineer."

Wu Feng blinked. "So, we should find him first?"

"Exactly." Ning Tian nodded. "Brother Junting, follow him. He won't encounter any spirit beasts right away. As for bringing him into the sect… we'll decide after we observe him further."

"Understood."

With a flick of his wrist, Chen Junting summoned the Seven Killing Sword. The third five-pointed star on it gleamed brightly.

"Third Soul Skill: Flying Sword Wings."

Stepping onto his sword, he soared through the air, following Huo Yuhao's trail.(TLN:Damn, now he can fly!!)

Truthfully, ever since realizing that Huo Yuhao's fate wasn't entirely orchestrated by Tang San, he had considered recruiting him. Regardless of his "Son of Destiny" status, his soul guidance talent alone could propel the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect to new heights.

But just as he was closing the distance—

A sudden invisible wave of spiritual energy rippled through the air.

The moment it hit, time seemed to freeze.

In the sky, birds stalled mid-flight before plummeting. Chen Junting's entire body tensed—had he been caught in the shockwave while still flying, he'd have crashed hard.

Then—BOOM!

A deafening explosion thundered across the sky. The bright blue heavens turned dark in an instant as an overwhelming pressure descended. The entire atmosphere trembled under the weight of an indescribable force.

At the same time, this immense presence obliterated the spiritual wave entirely.

Chen Junting, still hovering on his sword, exhaled slowly.

That… was too close.

Then, just as he steadied himself, a gray mist emerged in the distance.

"Electrolux!"

(TLN:Chinese Ainz Ooal Gown,is here)

The mist hovered briefly as though encountering resistance. But in the next instant, it altered its trajectory—heading straight for Chen Junting!

Before he could react, the gray

energy shot forward—

—and sank directly into his mind.

His last coherent thought before darkness took over was—

It's coming for me?!
