Chapter 14 The Sudden Change in Liuli Workshop

In Liuli Workshop, melodious music of flutes and pipes drifted, and the fragrant breeze assailed people's nostrils.

Su Mingli was dressed in a plain gauze dress. Her raven hair was loosely coiled up, and there was a touch of cold charm between her eyebrows and eyes. Standing in front of the workshop gate, her eyes subtly swept over the surrounding crowd.

Xiao Jingxuan changed into a dark ink-colored brocade robe. He hid himself in the shadows of the lights, with a cold and solemn temperament and an indifferent expression.

The two entered side by side, and the owner of Liuli Workshop had been waiting for them for a long time.

"Your Highness, Prince of War, and Miss Su." The owner of the workshop was a woman of peerless beauty. Her gorgeous dress outlined her exquisite figure. There was a lazy smile between her eyebrows and eyes. "Tonight, you two are probably going to be in quite a bit of trouble."

Su Mingli smiled faintly, picked up the tea cup on the table, and said softly, "Oh? I wonder where this trouble is coming from?"

The owner of the workshop pursed her lips and smiled. Just as she was about to speak, suddenly—

"Boom!"

There was a deafening explosion. The corridor on the west side of Liuli Workshop was blown up, and a burst of flames suddenly shot up!

Su Mingli's eyes focused. Almost instinctively, she grabbed Xiao Jingxuan's arm. "Be careful!"

Amid the billowing smoke and dust, a cold voice came from behind the flames: "Prince of War, Su Mingli, you won't be able to leave here alive today!"

Xiao Jingxuan squinted his eyes and the corners of his lips curled into a sneer. "You've finally decided to show yourself?"

The other party let out a cold snort. Dozens of black-clothed assassins quickly rushed out from the flames. The cold light of their swords and blades was menacing as they charged straight at the two of them!

The sound of the guqin in Liuli Workshop stopped abruptly, replaced by a bloody and chaotic killing situation.

Su Mingli's eyes were calm. Her fingers moved slightly, and a silver needle quietly slid into her fingers.

She stood side by side with Xiao Jingxuan, her eyes cold and resolute.

"Since that's the case," she laughed softly and slowly stood up, "then let's fight."
