Ryo ran to his father in the lavish company office, sipping tea like a proper master— like he was being chased.

His father being puzzle asked "what got you running here you know you are just recovering" "no dad more importantly who is the huge man out the and what is he doing here"

"He is out investor and has promised to invest a lot of money that will boost this company,why do you ask"

"So, let me get this straight," Ryo said, but stoped as he thought of how his words can affect his dad company"you know what it's fine"

Mr Masaru his father sighed, rubbing his temples. "Ryo,you know you can tell or ask me anything bothering you listen; The company was in trouble. We needed money. The investor had money. Problem solved."

Ryo shrugged. "Well, it's not like they're unreasonable peop—"

BANG! The office doors burst open.

A group of sharply dressed men in suits and sunglasses stormed in. Their leader, a scar-faced man with a silver watch, smirked at Mr Masaru. "Yo, boss. We got a problem."

Mr Masaru swallowed. "Ah. Mr. Daizo. What brings you here?"

"Ohhh. I knewI recognize you. You're that punk from before."

He said as he cracked his neck. "You see, Masaru… we've decided to terminate our investment." His eyes flicked to Ryo—and his smirk widened.

Ryo's heart skipped. Crap. They remember.

Mr Masaru let out a nervous chuckle. "Gentlemen, let's not be hasty! We can—"

"Shut up," Daizo said, cracking his neck. "The deal's off."

Mr Masaru blinked. "W-Wait. But why?"

Daizo chuckled, tilting his head toward Ryo. "Why don't you ask your son?"

Masaru slowly turned to Ryo, eyes narrowed. "What… did you do?"

Ryo sighed, rubbing his temples. "Okay, before you get mad, let's just acknowledge that this is not my fault."

"Alright, fine! Maybe a little my fault. But only because the investor was part of the gang that shot me!"

Mr Masaru's brain short-circuited. "I'm sorry. Did you just say… shot you?"

Mr Masaru inhaled. Exhaled. Then turned to Daizo, grabbed him by the collar, and yeeted him across the office
