Chapter 18: The Exam Crisis and a Magical Solution

As Ryo strolled toward his father's company, he was immediately struck by the sight before him. Police officers, lawyers, and repair teams were swarming the building, trying to fix the massive damage. There were far more security personnel than he had expected. 🚔🔧👮

"What the hell happened here?" Ryo muttered to himself as he quickened his pace.

His heart pounded as he rushed inside, pushing past a group of reporters trying to get answers.

Inside, he found his father, looking tense but composed.

"Dad, what's going on?" Ryo asked, scanning the office.

His father hesitated before sighing. "It's nothing you need to worry about, Ryo."

Ryo narrowed his eyes. "Dad, I'm not a kid. I can see this has to do with those gangsters, doesn't it?"

His father's expression darkened slightly, but he forced a reassuring smile. "You should focus on more important things—like your university. I heard exams have already started, and you haven't been attending your classes."

Ryo froze. "Wait… what?"

His father leaned back in his chair. "Your university exams have started, Ryo. I assume you forgot?"

Ryo's mind raced. Oh no… I've been so busy with Terrazone and all the fights that I completely forgot about the exams! 😨💀

If he missed them, his grades would plummet, and his CGPA would be ruined. He needed to act fast!

---

Ryo rushed to his friends, hoping they could help him catch up. They were already studying, books and notes scattered all over the table. 📚📝

"Guys, I need help! Exams have started, and I haven't been keeping up!" Ryo pleaded.

Each of his friends smirked at him. "We'll help you," tucker said, "but only if you join our Cyber Ninja Fandom group."

Ryo groaned. "Really? A fandom group?"

"No deal, no help," dave said, flipping through his notes.

Ryo sighed in defeat. "Fine, I'll join."

"That's the spirit!" they cheered.

They immediately started helping Ryo with flash notes, summaries, and past questions, but the amount of material was overwhelming. No matter how hard he tried, there was just too much to absorb in one night. 📖😵

Ryo knew he needed another solution.

A Magic-Powered Cheat Code

That's when an idea struck him. He quickly drew a micro magic symbol so small it can barely be seen beside his eyes.

As soon as he activated it, a transparent floating screen appeared before him! 👁️💡📜

The notes, questions, and key answers appeared instantly, almost like a holographic cheat sheet.

Ryo grinned. "Yes! This is perfect!"

He read through the notes at lightning speed, download them into the system screen .

"Finally, I plan B is complete!" he thought excitedly.

Satisfied, he closed his eyes and fell asleep at 3:00 AM, confident that he would ace his exams.

---

But when he woke up… he wasn't in his dorm room.

He was in Terrazone.

And worse… something was wrong.

Ryo usually waked up at 6 after his usual 10 hour of sleep giving him 20 hours in the other world, But ryo sleept at 3 making him lose 7 hours straight in the real world. That meant in Terrazone, he had been unconscious for 14 hours.

When he opened his eyes, he saw Lyon's terrified face. 😨

"Ryo! You're awake!" Lyon exclaimed, grabbing his shoulders. "We thought you were in a coma!"

"What?!" Ryo sat up quickly, his head spinning.

"You wouldn't wake up no matter what we did!" Lyon continued. "We tried shaking you, yelling, even using healing magic, but nothing worked!"

Ryo's heart sank. "That means… if I sleep too late in the real world, it affects me in Terrazone too?"

Lyon looked in pity.

"Looks like If i sleep at the wrong time, my body might not wake up properly in either world. It's dangerous."

Ryo swallowed hard. This was bad. If he wasn't careful, he could end up sleeping for a whole day in one world.

He took a deep breath, steadying himself. "I need to manage my time better. If I mess this up, I might never wake up again."

To be continued… ⏳⚡
