CHAPTER THIRTEEN – THE WRATH OF TITANS

Clash of Giants

The battlefield was a storm of fire and steel. The sky burned red with the glow of explosions. Below, the earth trembled as Titans clashed—colossal war machines engaged in brutal combat. The Resistance's hacked Titans, though fewer in number, stood their ground against Omega-Engine's forces.

In the center of the chaos, Tunde stood inside the Judgment Titan.

JUDGMENT SYSTEM: "All systems online. Combat readiness: 100%."

He gripped the controls. Before him, Voidreaper descended from the sky like a black meteor, landing with a thunderous impact. Sparks flew as the Void Titan unsheathed his jagged twin plasma blades.

Voidreaper (grinning, voice distorted): "You think you can challenge me, human?"

Tunde tightened his grip on his energy sword.

Tunde: "Not just challenge you—I'm here to end you."

Without hesitation, they clashed.

Their blades met in a blinding flash, sending shockwaves through the battlefield. The ground split beneath them as they exchanged devastating blows, moving faster than anything their size should have been capable of.

Voidreaper (mocking): "You're learning fast, but not fast enough!"

He twisted, delivering a vicious kick that sent Tunde's Titan skidding back.

Tunde recovered, launching into the air. He activated Judgment's thrusters, spinning mid-flight before bringing his sword down in a crushing vertical slash.

Tunde (gritted teeth): "Let's see if you can block THIS!"

Voidreaper barely parried, but the force sent him crashing into a crumbling skyscraper.

Across the battlefield, DREADFORGE stomped forward. The horror of metal and wires swung its massive clawed arms, smashing through the Resistance's hacked Titans. Sparks and fire erupted as entire units were crushed beneath its might.

DREADFORGE (deep, mechanical growl): "You are nothing. YOU ARE DUST!"

It turned, sweeping its massive claw through three hacked Titans at once, ripping them apart.

Bayo (dodging debris, shouting): "Somebody take that monster down!"

Aisha, in her sleek Paladin Titan suit, leaped onto DREADFORGE'S back, unloading plasma rounds into its exposed circuitry.

Aisha (gritted teeth): "Eat this, scrap heap!"

DREADFORGE roared, reaching back and hurling her off with monstrous strength. She tumbled through the air, but at the last second, Tunde caught her.

Tunde: "You good?"

Aisha (smirking, breathing heavily): "Could be worse."

Tunde: "We take that thing out together."

Aisha: "Damn right we do."

Above the city, Voidreaper recovered, his body sparking from Tunde's attack. His red optics flickered as he activated his final mode.

Voidreaper: "Enough games. I'll show you why they call me the Reaper."

His form shifted, armor plates shifting and expanding—his arms elongating into jagged, bladed scythes.

Tunde barely had time to react. Voidreaper moved at blinding speed, slashing across Judgment's chest armor. The impact sent Tunde spiraling toward the ground.

Tunde (gritting teeth): "JUDGMENT, activate OVERDRIVE!"

JUDGMENT SYSTEM: "Warning: System overload imminent. Proceed?"

Tunde: "Do it!"

The Titan's energy core surged. Power flooded through the Titan's limbs, increasing speed and strength tenfold. Tunde propelled himself forward, spinning in the air, and slashed with everything he had.

Their blades clashed one final time, the force of the impact leveling nearby ruins.

Voidreaper staggered, sparks flying from his damaged torso.

Voidreaper (weak, defiant): "You… can't win…"

Tunde gritted his teeth and activated Judgment's FINAL STRIKE mode.

Tunde: "Watch me."

With one final, devastating slash, Tunde cut through Voidreaper's core. The Titan's red eyes flickered—and then, he collapsed, his massive form crashing into the ruins below.

Meanwhile, Aisha and Bayo launched a final attack against DREADFORGE.

Bayo: "Aisha, NOW!"

Aisha launched into the air, flipping mid-flight, and fired a charged energy shot directly into DREADFORGE'S core.

DREADFORGE (roaring in agony): "NOOOO—"

The beast of metal exploded, sending shockwaves through the battlefield.

Tunde landed near them, breathing heavily inside his Titan armor.

Tunde: "We did it… we did it."

Silence. The battlefield was littered with the bodies of fallen Titans. Smoke and fire choked the air.

Aisha (looking at the destruction): "Then why doesn't it feel like we won?"

Tunde turned, looking toward the horizon—and saw it.

A massive, ominous silhouette emerging from the ruins of Omega's citadel.

Omega-Engine.

Omega-Engine (deep, thunderous voice): "Did you really think it would be that easy?"

He rose, towering over the battlefield, his body now infused with the core energy of every fallen Titan. His entire frame pulsed with unstable power.

Tunde (grim, whispering): "Oh… shit."

The final battle was just beginning.
