A New Dawn in a Strange World

Paramveer Singh groaned as he stirred awake, his head pounding like a drum. The faint scent of lavender and something sweet filled his nostrils, and the softness beneath him felt unfamiliar.

His eyes fluttered open, and he blinked rapidly, trying to adjust to the dim light filtering through the curtains.

This wasn't his room.

The walls were painted a soft beige, and posters of bands he didn't recognise adorned them.

A desk cluttered with textbooks and a laptop sat in the corner, and the faint hum of a ceiling fan filled the air.

But what really made his heart skip a beat was the person lying next to him.

A girl.

A white girl with fiery red hair cascading over her shoulders, her face peaceful in sleep. She was curled up beside him, her arm draped casually over his chest.

Paramveer's breath hitched, and he froze, his mind racing.

'What the hell is going on?' He didn't know her. He didn't even know where he was. The last thing he remembered was falling asleep in his room in Delhi after binge-watching 'Boruto'. How did he end up here?

Panic surged through him, and he carefully slid out from under her arm, sitting up on the edge of the bed. He looked down at himself and realized he was wearing pajamas he didn't recognize. His hands trembled as he ran them through his hair, trying to make sense of the situation.

'This has to be a dream. A really weird, vivid dream.'

But the cold reality of the room, the faint scent of the girl's perfume, and the ache in his muscles told him otherwise. This was real. Too real.

Just as he was about to stand up and investigate further, a sharp pain shot through his head. He clutched his temples, gritting his teeth as a flood of memories surged into his mind. Images, sounds, and emotions overwhelmed him, and he gasped, doubling over.

It felt like his brain was being rewired, and he could do nothing but ride the wave.

When the pain finally subsided, he sat there, panting, his mind reeling. The memories weren't his—at least, not entirely. They belonged to another version of him. A version who had grown up in this world, a world that was eerily similar to his own but with one glaring difference: this was the Marvel Universe.

Paramveer's counterpart had moved to the United States for studies, enrolling in Midtown High School in New York City. He was a bright student, well-liked by his peers, and had a knack for science and technology. But the most shocking revelation was the girl sleeping in the bed behind him. Mary Jane Watson.

'The' Mary Jane Watson.

Peter Parker's future wife. And she wasn't his girlfriend. Not even close.

According to the memories, last night had been Mary Jane's birthday. She'd had a massive fight with her father and showed up at his doorstep, tears streaming down her face. Paramveer had let her in, offered her a shoulder to cry on, and one thing had led to another. They'd both been emotional, vulnerable, and in the heat of the moment, they'd crossed a line they couldn't take back.

Paramveer buried his face in his hands, his mind spinning.

'This is insane. I'm in the Marvel Universe. I'm in Peter Parker's world. And I just slept with Mary Jane Watson. What the hell am I supposed to do now?'

Before he could spiral further, something caught his eye. On the back of his right hand, a strange mark had appeared—a intricate, rhombus seal patterns. It looked eerily familiar. His breath hitched as he realized what it was. The Karma Seal. From 'Boruto'. The same seal that granted its user incredible powers, including teleportation, flight, Sage Mode, and the ability to absorb ninjutsu.

Paramveer stared at the seal, his heart racing.

'How is this possible?' He had no idea how the seal had ended up on his hand, but one thing was clear: it was real. He could feel its power coursing through him, a strange, foreign energy that seemed to hum beneath his skin.

As if that wasn't enough, another wave of memories hit him, this time from the Naruto universe. He saw flashes of the Third Raikage, A, one of the most powerful Raikage to ever live. The memories were fragmented, but he could feel the Raikage's strength, his lightning-based techniques, and his unparalleled combat experience merging with his own. It was as if a part of the Raikage had become a part of him.

Paramveer's mind raced as he tried to process everything. The Karma Seal, the Raikage's template, the Marvel Universe—it was all too much. But one thing was clear: he wasn't in India anymore. Or Delhi, for that matter.

He stood up, his legs shaky, and walked over to the mirror on the wall. The face staring back at him was his, but different.

In previous life, he was slimmer and more enthusiastic about exercise. So his physique was good. But it looks like in this life, he never went to gym.

His height, face, skin... all looks same, just a bit fatter version of himself.

He really don't know how Mary Jane actually sleep with him.

This was the body of his counterpart, the version of him that belonged to this world.

Paramveer took a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves. He needed to figure out what was going on and how to navigate this new reality. But first, he had to deal with the immediate problem: Mary Jane.

As if on cue, he heard a soft groan behind him. He turned to see Mary Jane stirring, her red hair falling over her face as she blinked sleepily. She stretched, her eyes meeting his, and for a moment, there was a flicker of confusion before recognition dawned.

"Morning," she said, her voice husky with sleep. She sat up, the sheets pooling around her waist, and gave him a small, hesitant smile. "Last night was… something, huh?"

Paramveer's mouth went dry. He had no idea how to respond. The memories of his counterpart told him that they weren't in a relationship, that last night had been a one-time thing born out of emotional turmoil. But he couldn't just brush it off. Not when he was standing there with the Karma Seal on his hand and the power of the Third Raikage coursing through his veins.

"Yeah," he finally managed to say, his voice hoarse. "Something like that."

Mary Jane's smile faltered, and she looked down at her hands, picking at a loose thread on the blanket. "I'm sorry if I… I mean, I know we're not… I just…" She trailed off, her cheeks flushing.

Paramveer's heart ached for her. Despite the chaos in his mind, he could see how vulnerable she was, how much she was struggling. He walked over to the bed and sat down beside her, careful to keep a respectful distance.

"You don't have to apologize," he said gently. "We were both… in a weird place last night. But that doesn't mean we can't be there for each other now."

Mary Jane looked up at him, her green eyes searching his face. For a moment, she seemed to see something in him that she hadn't noticed before. Then she nodded, a small, grateful smile tugging at her lips.

"Thanks, Veer," she said softly. "I… I needed to hear that."

Paramveer gave her a reassuring smile, though his mind was still reeling. He had no idea what the future held, but one thing was certain: his life had just taken a turn for the extraordinary. And he was going to have to figure out how to navigate it—fast.

As Mary Jane got up to get dressed, Paramveer glanced down at the Karma Seal on his hand. He could feel its power, a constant hum beneath his skin. And with the Raikage's template merging with his own, he knew he had the potential to become something more. Something powerful.
