What!? Mom you never told me anything about this! How can she stay here for the night? Isn't she going to get engaged soon? What's the point of making her stay here now?" Exclaimed Digraj.
Meena didn't care about what Digraj said and left like there was no one in the house. "So...it looks like, your mom doesn't really care about you, huh? It's absolutely different from what you told me...Mr Digraj. Anyways, I shall go now. I need to go to sleep now, bye." Said Disha, as she turned towards her room.
Digraj grabbed Disha's hand and stopped her from going inside. He then, took her inside his room. "What is it? Are you mad!? Why did you make me come in here? What's wrong with you!?" Asked Disha, angrily.
"Shut up and listen to me. Mom didn't leave Tina here because of the rain. Mom left her here because she wanted to see if we actually love eachother or not. So, we'll have to act like we're in love infront of Tina." Whispered Digraj.
"Uh so, you don't believe your own mother? I mean, why would she lie to her own son?" Asked Disha. "My mom is like that! You have just met her, but I know her better than you! I have stayed with her even during my teenage years and believe me, her spying skills are top notch." Said Digraj.
"Uh top notch? Look, I don't really care about your mother's top notch skills, so please just let me sleep for god's sake!" Said Disha. "Who told you that I won't let you sleep? You can sleep all you want but before sleeping, you just need to promise me one thing. You'll act like my real wife infront of Tina." Said Digraj.
"Ok ok, I'll do as you wish. But don't tell me that I'll have to sleep in your room tonight." Said Disha. "Well, that may be a possibility, but don't be nervous as I said, I won't pounce on you just because we're staying under the same roof." Said Digraj.
They both shook hands and went outside. Tina was sitting on the couch while using her phone. "So...did you have dinner, Tina?" Asked Digraj. "Oh dinner? No, I didn't have anything before leaving my house. Would you mind cooking something for me? I really like your home cooked noodles." Said Digraj.
"Noodles? Uh...since when have you started eating noodles for dinner? Are you really craving noodles today? Or are you saying that just because, noodles are the only thing I can cook properly?" Asked Digraj, awkwardly.
"Uh well, you can think whatever you want. I just want to have some noodles right now." Said Tina. "Okay then! I'll prepare it right away. Till then, you both should talk to eachother." Said Digraj, while he nudged Disha.
Disha sat beside Tina and introduced herself formally. "So..when did you both meet? I mean, you both actually love eachother, or are you both together just for family business? Don't worry, you can tell me if that's the case, I'll not tell anyone." Said Tina while smiling.
"Uh..no, it's not like that. We both truly love eachother. And when it comes to noodles, he doesn't really know how to cook noodles properly, he always messes up the spices and even makes the noodles soggy." Said Disha.
"Disha had a sharp memory and since she read all of the information given by Digraj, she knew everything about him. In other words, she knew him more than he knew himself. "Oh, you know that? I thought that you won't be knowing anything about it. Anyways, it's good that you're aware of the past of Digraj. By the way, don't mind me asking but do you both not sleep together? I mean, are you both still on the stage of just talking to eachother? I am just asking because we both started sleeping in the same room while we were just dating eachother." Said Tina.
Disha was angry but couldn't show it. She knew that the contract would be terminated if she messed up, so she kept her cool. "The noodles are ready! Disha, can you come to the dining table with Tina?" Asked Digraj.
Both Tina and Disha settled at the dining table and started waiting for their dinner. Disha saw that Digraj was doing everything alone, so she decided to help him. After finishing her food, Disha collected all of the dishes and went to the basin to wash the dishes.
"Disha, you even wash the dishes? You know, when I was dating Digraj, he always did everything for me. From serving me water to cooking for me, he did everything for me. He literally treated me like a princess for 2 whole years." Said Tina, happily.
After hearing this, Digraj frowned and drank water to avoid an eye contact with Disha. "Well in my opinion, equality matters a lot. Women shouldn't always be the one to act immature and childish. Sometimes, men also have the right to behave childishly. If Digraj treats me like a queen then he deserves to be treated like a king too, right? And perhaps, you don't consider yourself as an adult but a baby. But when it comes to me, I consider myself as a responsible adult. If my man treats me like a queen then I can also give him the world if I need to." Said Disha, while washing the dishes.
Digraj gazed at Disha softly, as she said this. Tina was visibly jealous and couldn't tolerate the way Digraj was looking at Disha. "Digraj! Yo...you never looked at me with such a lovely gaze! I wouldn't have broken up with you if you treated me like that!" Exclaimed Tina, angrily.
