The Wait For Love

After a long pleasant day, a very pleasant day that I can't describe, I was currently having dinner with the whole team. My teammates were funny people. All I could do was laugh and eat as they cracked jokes. Thanks to them, I forgot about my worries. 


As the dinner went on, I noticed that David has barely touched his meal and all he did was stare at me. I decided to overlook it and continue with my activity. Not until an actor in our midst spoke, "Blair, are you taken?" 


I didn't know what to answer and just covered my wedding ring that was on my finger. 


"Because it seems David will take you." He added and laughter erupted, and I also joined awkwardly. 


"Are you kidding us, Blair? I've known David for a long time because we've worked together for a long time now, and I've never seen him look at a woman the way he's looking at you." A female crew staff said.
