Chapter 11: The Expanding Realm

The world I had created was still young, its borders constantly shifting as my will shaped it. But as my creations—both the White Zetsu and the summoning beasts—grew stronger, so did my need for space. The land needed to reflect their power and potential, and for that, I would craft an array of new, diverse landscapes. Each one would serve as a breeding ground for greater strength and chakra.

I focused deeply, my mind connecting to the very fabric of this realm. Through the strength of my chakra, I could manipulate the land, shaping it to my desires. The skies darkened as I summoned the raw energy within me, the ground trembled, and the air itself seemed to pulse with life as the world expanded. The first landmasses began to form, each unique and purposeful.

The Lava Forest:

In one corner of the world, I summoned the Lava Forest. The trees here were made from hardened magma, their bark glowing with an eternal heat. The ground bubbled with pools of liquid rock, steaming as the air shimmered with intense heat. The White Zetsu who ventured here found their strength enhanced by the ever-present heat, their bodies becoming more resilient as they adapted to the constant flux of chakra-infused lava. The summoning beasts that roamed this land were fire-breathing dragons, their scales hardened like obsidian, their power only rivaled by their size. The beasts and Zetsu worked together, channeling the volcanic energy to strengthen themselves.

The Water Marshes:

Across the way, I formed the Water Marshes. A vast sea of tranquil waters stretched as far as the eye could see, interrupted only by occasional islands that rose like mountains from the sea. Mist hovered over the water, giving it an ethereal quality. The White Zetsu that inhabited this area developed an affinity for fluidity and adaptability, using water as a means of offense and defense. Large serpentine beasts that moved through the waters, their skin reflecting the blue depths, would work in unison with the Zetsu to manipulate the flow of the chakra-infused tides. It was a place of growth, one that nurtured flexibility and change.

The Ice Mountains:

Far to the north, towering peaks began to rise, their tips lost in the endless blizzard that raged above them. The Ice Mountains were a land of eternal winter, with frozen lakes and glaciers stretching to the horizon. The Zetsu who dared to enter here grew stronger in the cold, their chakra more concentrated as they adapted to the icy landscape. The summoning beasts of this land were massive, furred, and covered in ice-like armor. They could manipulate ice and snow with ease, creating barriers and weapons from the frozen ground. Here, the Zetsu learned the power of precision and defense.

The Sand Dunes:

A vast desert wasteland took shape, a place where the winds howled relentlessly, and the sand stretched endlessly. The Sand Dunes were harsh and unforgiving, but within them lay great power. The White Zetsu here learned to control the wind, using the sand itself to build weapons, create shields, and move at incredible speeds. The summoning beasts that roamed the dunes were serpentine in nature, long and winding, burrowing through the sand with ease, manipulating the desert winds to enhance their attacks. The Zetsu here became adept in speed and agility, using the environment to their advantage.

The Sky Reaches:

Above it all, high in the heavens, I created the Sky Reaches. This was a floating land, suspended above the world, with vast plateaus connected by suspended bridges of chakra. The air here was thin but full of potent energy, and the White Zetsu that lived here grew quicker, their bodies more attuned to the subtle flow of chakra. The summoning beasts were majestic, winged creatures, capable of controlling the air currents and flying with incredible speed. In the Sky Reaches, the Zetsu learned to command the wind and air, mastering aerial combat and rapid movements.

The Crystal Caves:

Deep below the surface, I summoned the Crystal Caves, a network of glittering tunnels lined with glowing gemstones that radiated chakra. The White Zetsu who ventured into these depths found themselves stronger, their ability to channel chakra magnified by the resonating energy of the crystals. The summoning beasts here were earth-bound creatures, their bodies covered in crystal-like armor. They could manipulate the rocks and minerals around them, creating intricate traps and structures from the living earth. The Zetsu who trained here grew in both strength and intellect, mastering the art of manipulation and creation.

The Storm Plains:

In a far-off region, I summoned the Storm Plains, an area where violent thunderstorms raged perpetually. The clouds in this land were dark, swirling with power, and the air was thick with chakra-infused lightning. The White Zetsu here developed the ability to manipulate electricity, their bodies becoming conductive and able to harness the power of the storms. The summoning beasts were fierce creatures, crackling with the energy of the lightning storms. They could channel electrical energy into powerful blasts, and the Zetsu learned to defend against and control these volatile forces.

The Twilight Forest:

A land bathed in perpetual dusk, the Twilight Forest was a place of mystery and magic. The trees here were ancient and their bark shimmered with an ethereal glow, casting an otherworldly light across the forest floor. The White Zetsu who lived here became adept at manipulating the shadows and the light, learning to move unseen and strike unexpectedly. The summoning beasts here were shadowy, stealthy creatures, able to blend seamlessly into the darkness. They could move silently, attacking without warning. The Zetsu trained here learned the art of stealth, deception, and surprise.

The Obsidian Plains:

Lastly, I created the Obsidian Plains—a land of jagged black rock and sharp cliffs. The ground was covered in shards of obsidian, which glowed faintly with chakra. The White Zetsu in this region grew stronger in both their durability and their offensive power. The summoning beasts were creatures of stone and fire, capable of manipulating the volcanic energy beneath the earth. They could summon eruptions of lava and create massive walls of obsidian for defense. The Zetsu learned to harness their strength and offensive abilities, growing fiercer and more resilient with each passing day.

Each of these regions was designed to enhance the abilities of the White Zetsu and the summoning beasts. But there was more to this world than just physical training. The deeper the White Zetsu ventured into these regions, the more chakra-rich the air became, and the larger the space around them grew. It was as if the very essence of the world expanded in response to the growing strength of its inhabitants. The beasts, in turn, helped maintain this balance, their presence causing the environment to stretch further, creating more space for growth.

And in the center of it all, I remained, observing my creations, my mind ever-focused on the goal ahead. The White Zetsu would grow, the summoning beasts would multiply, and this new world would become the perfect stage for the final confrontation with the Ōtsutsuki.

This was just the beginning.
