Chapter 45: Training with the New Summoning Beasts

The sun was high in the sky as the day continued in Konoha, and after a hearty meal at Ichiraku Ramen, it was time to get back to work. Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, Guy, Obito, and the new summoning beasts all gathered at the training grounds. The air was buzzing with excitement, anticipation, and a little bit of nervousness. The village had already heard about their new companions, and now it was time to see how these small but powerful creatures would fare in a real training session.

Naruto bounced on his heels, his grin wide as ever. "Alright! Time to see what you guys can do!" He looked down at the little Nine-Tails cub, who was already hopping around excitedly, his tiny tails flicking back and forth. The cub had bonded with Naruto quickly, and though it was still small, the power in its eyes reminded Naruto of the strength Kurama had when they first met.

Sasuke stood nearby, looking calm as always, though a faint smile tugged at his lips as he watched his dragon. It was a smaller version of the beasts he had seen in his travels, but its sharp, intelligent eyes and fiery breath were a sight to behold. It flexed its wings, testing them out before focusing on Sasuke.

Sakura's pink lion was sitting at her feet, eyes watching her attentively. The lion's soft fur shimmered under the sun, and though it was gentle, there was an undeniable strength in its posture. It seemed eager to prove itself to its new owner.

Obito's wolves were pacing around him, their eyes sharp, and their bodies lean and agile. They had already begun to bond with him, and as they circled him, they looked like they were ready to spring into action. Their movements were fluid, almost as though they were already in sync with Obito.

Guy and his mini gorilla-like creature exchanged looks, ready for anything. The small creature mirrored Guy's enthusiasm, letting out an excited growl that echoed in the training area.

Black Zetsu stood off to the side, watching over the group. "Remember, they are still learning," he said, his voice smooth, though laced with the usual cold indifference. "They may be strong, but they have not yet fully adapted to the chakra flows of this world. Training will take time, but you must push them, for their growth and your own."

"Got it!" Naruto called out, turning to his cub. "Let's see how strong you are, little guy! Come on!" He extended his hand, and the cub immediately dashed toward him, tail wagging as it attempted to playfully nip at his fingers. Naruto laughed as the cub's playful nature took over, but he knew there was power there. The Nine-Tails cub wasn't just cute—it was fierce.

Sasuke stepped forward with his dragon, lifting his hand as the dragon leapt up beside him. "Let's get to work," he muttered, his Sharingan activated as he began to focus on the energy surrounding him. The dragon stretched its wings, ready to take to the sky, and a burst of flame shot from its mouth, singeing the air.

Sakura smiled as her lion rose to its feet. "Alright, let's do this." The lion's eyes glowed brightly as she directed it to attack. It bounded forward with impressive agility, pouncing on a nearby training post and tearing it to pieces with its sharp claws.

Meanwhile, Guy's mini gorilla-like beast was already in the middle of a workout routine, mimicking Guy's stretches and even attempting a few simple taijutsu moves. It wasn't as fluid as Guy's movements, but it was clear that the small creature had natural potential.

Obito stood still, his wolves pacing around him. One of the wolves let out a growl and darted off toward a distant tree, leaping up to latch onto a branch before flipping back down. "Not bad," Obito murmured, watching his wolves in action. They were agile and intelligent, perfect for the type of battle strategies Obito often used.

The training continued with each of them working with their summoning beasts. Naruto was teaching his cub to harness its chakra, showing it how to control the energy around them. The cub struggled a bit but showed a keen understanding of Naruto's guidance. With each lesson, Naruto could feel the bond between them growing stronger, and he couldn't help but be reminded of the bond he shared with Kurama.

Sasuke and his dragon practiced flight maneuvers. The dragon soared through the air, its wings cutting through the wind as Sasuke directed it with ease. The dragon's fiery breath was growing stronger, and Sasuke knew that it wouldn't take long before it could rival some of the most powerful creatures he had encountered.

Sakura's lion was a natural when it came to speed and agility. She had it practice sharp turns and quick dodges, moving between training posts and leaping into the air with a grace that amazed Sakura. The bond between them was starting to solidify, and Sakura couldn't wait to see how much more the lion could accomplish.

Guy's mini gorilla was having a blast, swinging from tree branches and doing wild acrobatics, mimicking Guy's enthusiastic nature. The little creature didn't seem to tire, constantly bouncing around in excitement. Guy was beaming with pride as he watched his new summoning beast.

Obito and his pack of wolves worked together, the wolves running in tight formations and performing complex maneuvers with ease. The wolves were strong and fast, and Obito could feel the power in their movements. They were already adapting to the environment, learning from his actions, and he was eager to see just how much they could grow.

As the sun began to set, the group gathered together, sweaty but happy with the progress they'd made.

"Well, that was intense," Naruto said, wiping his brow. "But I think we're making good progress, right?"

Sasuke gave him a small smirk. "We've only just started. There's more to do."

Sakura nodded, her lion sitting beside her. "Yeah, but they're getting stronger. I can already feel the connection with my lion."

"Indeed," Kakashi said, stepping up with his own little wolf, which was panting beside him. "But remember, the real strength comes from the bond you share with them. Training is important, but connection is key."

Guy's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. "That's the spirit! Every day is a chance to improve, and our new friends will only grow stronger with time!"

Obito glanced at his wolves and then at the others. "We've all come a long way. This is just the beginning."

Naruto grinned, looking down at his little cub. "Yeah, I can't wait to see how strong you all get! We've got a lot of work ahead, but with you guys by our side, we're unstoppable!"

As the group settled down for the evening, the bond between them and their new summoning beasts felt stronger than ever. The road ahead was uncertain, filled with challenges and threats, but together, they were ready for whatever came their way.
