"Do you know where the other Luna is?" I asked the maid as she came into the room.


She didn't answer me, instead, she looked me up and down, checking me out. I was suddenly reminded of what I was wearing, and I was self-conscious now.


"I really thought you had more going on, but I just don't get why Alpha Vernon would choose you. You are not really pretty, and your shape is just okay. I really thought you had more underneath your clothes." She looked at me with a dissatisfied expression on her face.


What? It was like I asked him to choose me, I was wondering the same thing, okay? But seeing that she was so young, she didn't look like she was even 20 years old, plus she was only just a maid.


She left after that, and I peeked at the door, the two guards were still there. Come to think of it, I had never lived a day in the Alpha room, maybe some weapon would be hidden in this room?
