"Where's the blueprint!!!" I yelled in frustration. I'mma bout to crash out folks!
You know that feeling you've messed up big time but don't want to admit it... Well this was one of those moments as I had just figured out that I had killed the only fucker who was privileged enough to know the key informations and elements of the package.
The fat pig squirmed on the floor in fear.
Jesus Christ on a Motorcycle! I could've just left the three alive! Damn, my luck catching up with me like Usain Bolt.
I felt a headache coming up, but I could only direct my anger on candidate number 'alive'.
"You! Point the body of your superior." I commanded him, hearing him whining on like a disciplined child made it all worse.
Sensing the direction he was pointing at, I dashed towards the body of man on my right. I hastily approached the body and began thorough inspection but was met with a great disappointment.
'It would only be a matter of time before the cops come storming in here... Not to mention those bastards in tights.'
"OKAY WORM! TAKE ME TO YOUR STORAGE!!" I hastily commanded, after a moment of brief thinking and cool composure, I aimed the empty rifle at the dumb scientist who crawled to his feet and out the door with me trailing behind.
"Hey! No running!!" I yelled as I gripped the railings for dear life. I can't loose my cool because of some fucking staircase.
*Slip* *c-r-a-s-h!*
Of course, I tumbled and it was embarrassing.
"Damnit." But looks like the scientist dared not to laugh at my cool stylish tumble.
We later approached the room I was previously in. After a moment of silence, I nudged the gun against the scientist, shoving him forward, "Work your magic with the box." I said with authority.
The gun now aimed at his head made him sweat consecutively like he was in a competition against a running tap.
"Mr Terrorist, I believe that is not the best idea." The scientist chipped in with difficulty as his entire body trembled from fear.
"Don't make me ask twice..." I said in a low growl, threatening him. Which reminds me.

*Cock!*
With a graceful show of my skills, I cocked the now reloaded rifle, intending to scare the scientist who was playing with something within the room, I don't care.
And soon the beauty of the machine was presented before me... Too bad I couldn't appreciate it's beauty.
*CLICK*
As soon as the scientist hit the on button on the switch, the air around suddenly changed as I felt the wind current brushing against my face like some kind of windmill or fan.
I heard the crackling of electricity around the box, the lights of the entire building began to flicker on and off till it was encompassed in total darkness..
Five minutes later the air current and whatnot had long stopped, and I steadily approached the box. "Hey, I swear if I see an Egyptian mummy or something else you won't even know how and when you die."
The silence stood as I slowly yet cautiously brought my hand, intending to feel a bit of the texture as I did before, but this time a bolt of electricity zapped the shit outta me.
It was so fast, I didn't even realize the dead scientist with a bullet hole in his head.
When did I do that?
"Scanned Complete." A feminine mechanical voice rang through my ears making me flinch from surprise.
The lid slowly retracted into the body of the tomb, leaving a figure staring at me awkwardly.
"Welcome Master."
A jolt of shock and confusion ran through my spine as I tried to process the information I had just heard.
Master? Yeah right.
"Listen young lady... You are mistaking me for, uh, for someone else." I said. My forehead soaked with sweat beads.
Did I awaken something i shouldn't have? Did my curiosity finally put me in place. I should've just turned and left the very second I sensed the impenetrable box... A huge red flag.
As if sensing my inner turmoil, the robot girl tilts her head my direction, her tone lacking any emotion.
"You activated me." She stated, but I butt in with a brief,
"No, it was this guy." I pointed to my left, but was embarrassed upon hearing the next sentence from this mech person.
"You mean the body closest to your right?" Her tone cold, distant and monotonous. Soon a flush of embarrassment waved over me as I nervously rubbed my cheek while shifting my hand to my right.
"Y-Yeah, he did."
"But he's apparently not living, so the transfer of power shifts to you." She said before pausing to stare at me with a narrowed gaze.
"Are you going to abandon me?" She questioned, but I felt another emotion behind that statement.
My butt cheeks clenched tight as I suddenly felt threatened.
"... Of course- not?" I asked, unsure on how to respond to such.
"Then you are now my master." The mech person said in a 'as-a-matter-of-fact' tone.
"Don't I get a say in this?" I tried persuading, but it seemed like my smooth tongue proved helpless in this situation as a brief and cold, "No", shattered my hopes.
*Sigh*
I felt another headache coming. On my first day behind hired by the organization and I seemed to have poured the Carter luck all over the mission without stress.
"Damned if I do, damned if I don't" seems to be the phrase which is the baseline of 'The Carter luck 107'. At this point, I'm simply cursed.
Soon the robot girl stepped out of the box, as I watched her faint silhouette via the vibrating waves, making her way to face me. Does she want to slap me or something?
"Master, your bleeding." She spoke monotonously, the lack of emotions sent shivers down my spine. How can she sound so innocent yet so dangerous.
"Yeah, no shit. Got grazed by a few and pinned in the shoulder by a stray." I recounted, gnashing my teeth in pain as I tried to flex my injured shoulder, but my open wound smeared around the metal bullet.
My gaze turned to the side as I felt footsteps rapidly approaching us... Judging by it, it may seem as reinforcement... Or maybe cops.
"There are 12 heat signatures outside of the building, Master. I believe they are after you." She analyzed.
"I know that." I snorted. Show off.
"You are not in the position to fight, Master." She commented while nudging my limp shoulder, drawing a grunt from me.
"Trust me darling, I've been through worse. This is a walk downtown compared to the others." I replied with a bloody smirk.
*RRIIIPPP*
Tearing off a piece of cloth from my sleeve, I made a make shift bandage, wrapping up the wound tightly, gritting my teeth through the process before cocking my rifle.
"Stay close sweetheart. Daddy got some work to finish." I inwardly cringe at my phrase, but I won't let an awkward moment stop me!
*CRASH!!*
I went crashing down the stairs, face first before jumping up, pretending nothing happened.
