Chapter 100 – The Hokages Return

It was the First Hokage—Senju Hashirama, the Second Hokage—Senju Tobirama, and the Third Hokage—Sarutobi Hiruzen.
At first, people didn't believe it. But after glancing at the Hokage Rock in the distance and comparing the faces, their expressions froze. They stood motionless, their eyes dull, hearts overwhelmed by a storm of disbelief.

Amidst the uproar, a civilian suddenly shouted, "That old dog Sarutobi Hiruzen has been resurrected too?"
"The Third Hokage? That man full of sin—why was he brought back to life?!"
"That bastard Sarutobi doesn't deserve resurrection! Heaven must be blind to allow this!"
"The weakest Hokage in history has the face to return to Konoha?!"
"Always submissive to enemies, ruthless to his own! Sarutobi, who ruined the Shinobi system, dares to show his face again?!"
As that civilian spoke, it was like lighting a fuse.
The square exploded with fury.
Civilians and ninjas who had been stunned by the Hokages' return now roared in anger, their hatred focused entirely on Sarutobi Hiruzen.

Yuta gave Jiraiya and Shima a long look, seeing through their half-truths.
So that's why the three Hokages were brought back.

Sarutobi's face twisted. He had expected it—but hearing it confirmed left him reeling.
He felt like the world was spinning. His reputation in Konoha was completely ruined. No wonder the people cursed him!

"Sarutobi, you should go."
Seeing the people's endless scorn, Hashirama's expression turned a little grim.
He gestured to Shima, signaling for the Edo Tensei on Sarutobi to be released.
"Wait."
Uchiha Yuta suddenly raised his hand, stopping her.
His eyes turned cold.
"I didn't kill him last time," Yuta said darkly. "Now I'll smash him again."
BOOM!!!
Before Sarutobi could react, Yuta's fist struck once more.
Sarutobi's body exploded into a cloud of dust once again, broken by the sheer force of the blow.
