I woke to complete blackness. I felt a cold, metal pain on my wrists and ankles, and my limbs were sore. I realized I was chained. Standing. My arms were outstretched, by my sides, and I tried to move them, but they didn't budge. Neither did my feet. I heard a rattle as I tried, and felt the cold, hard metal dig harder into my wrists and ankles. Where the hell am I?
I opened her eyes wider, heart pounding, trying to get a feel of where I was. It was cold. I was still dressed, but barefoot, and I could feel cold stone beneath my feet. I felt something in my dress and as I struggled a white pup jumped out and happily licked my face, rubbing his face on mine.
I looked hard about the room and
tried to make something out. But the
blackness was absolute. I was
cold and thirsty. I swallowed and throat was dry. I felt her connection with the pup and immediately I remembered it.
"Luna" I gasped. I began to remember everything. Sylvia my mum, Joel, the new school, my new found strength, my old life, Emiliar, my sister though dead, my Sapphire. I remembered the last time I spoke to Sylvia. She told me I had a damaged lungs and now I'm here chained by God knows who. How the hell did I get here?
I tugged for all I was worth, but
even with my newfound strength, the
chains did not budge. I only got more pain. I was
completely stuck.
I opened her mouth to yell for
help. The first attempt didn't work.
My mouth was too dry. I
swallowed again.
"Help!" I screamed, my voice coming out raspy. "HELP!" I screamed again, and this time it gained real volume. My echo came back to me some moment after. I'm the only one here.

Emiliar woke up in a locked can. She raised her head and the cover of the can flew open. The place was very filthy. Her clothes were soaked in a pungent smelling liquid that look like has been gotten from rotten fruits and vegetables. She tried to get up, there was a sharp pain in her right arm and the area around this can was dark. She helped herself up scanning around. The place was filthy and also very dark. she felt like she was stuck in some kind of dumphouse. She found her way out of the can and walked her way through the dark. She was thinking, not too fast though cause she's still in some kind of daze. She remembered slowly, her parents, her uncle's humiliation, her classmates humiliation. She remembered Katrienair, her soulmate. She remembered her Sapphire, it was there in her dress. She remebered the library, the mysterious librarian, the one who was a witch, Sylvia, the hospital, Katrienair's health. She remembered the most handsome creature she met named... Joel... yes... joel. She remember how much she despised his behavior and how much she wished he was her friend, how much she wished to be loved by him. She remembered the pup, the most beautiful wolf she's ever seen, and it's Katrienair's pet. Her name is... Luna, she remembered. Then, she remembered the plan, how they were lowered into the earth alive, how Luna stuck to Katty's dress not letting her go alone, it was buried with them also. She remembered the woman's words... She remembered everthing. She looked around, it was a dark empty space and with the kind of smell emitting from it, she believed it was a dumpsite. She ran her hand through her hair, confused or rather frustrated. What the hell is happening now? Where is she going from here? Imagine embarking on an unknown journey without a map. She felt something around her neckline, the pearls. It's beautiful enough, she wondered how she looked in it.
Things became clearer. Sylvia said she was a witch or no , Joel said that she was 'a witch of the white coven'.
Funny. She thought. She has always believed that she was a witch because that's what people called her not because she knew it was true. How could she be a witch when neither of her parents were witches. Funny, too funny, She thought. Or no, it isn't funny, it's stupid. She wondered if her parents would even care about her disappearance. With the way things are, she might not be their child. Maybe she also like Katty. Maybe she was adopted. She swore to find out someday. Maybe when she's done with this quest. She tried to think straight but nothing was coming forth, how will she even get out of this filthy place . She remembered Sylvia's words, "you must always be together. Any division will result in trouble." Well they're not her now and it's no one's fault. She's alone. She was going to confirm that. There's always a way to see in the dark. She has gifts.
